My sister lives in Grindstone and I live in Texas. She recently lost her husband and is not doing so good. I called this Pizza Hut and Ryan, the manager on shift on 08-03-23 around 2pm was an amazing help to ensure that my sister got some food. True hospitality and caring from someone who didn’t even know me. That is the definition of a good manager!! If I could I would give him a million stars for what he did today. Have always enjoyed, Pizza Hut ,dating way back. Dont know if the changes are local o company wide but much improved taste.The last 10 to 12 yrs they fell off and we didn’t really patronize at all. However went the Pizza Hut in Brownsville/Grindstone today and wow! Marvelous improvement! I’ve purchased pizza from the Grindstone location since its opening. I had a delivery issue and spoke with the manager, Roger, who was rude, condescending, and obnoxious. I don’t appreciate being referred to repeatedly as “sweetie” or “honey,” especially when it’s done in a confrontational, demeaning manner. I asked him to stop and then when he persisted (just to antagonize) I asked him to apologize—he hung up on me. My sympathies to any woman who has to work for him. And I’ve yet to hear back from the “new” manager who said she’d personally prepare another pizza and deliver it. That was over a month ago. They’ve lost a longtime, loyal customer.

Ordered pepperoni lovers. Should be covered in pepperoni right? Nope. And the pizza tasted like it was under a heat lamp for 30 min. It was hot but not fresh at all.

Love the new rewards program. My pizza was free including all toppings. I did have to pay for stuffed crust but I will not complain about paying $2.12 for a large pizza!!!!
