I ordered through the app. Picked up the order, when I got home, topping were missing. I called to report the mistake. I was told to hold for a manager. After 6 minutes or so the employee came back on and explained he could order a new pizza, but would need the other one back. I was willing to keep both, and he wanted me to hold for the manager again. I thanked him for his time and ate cold pizza with the wrong toppings.

I stopped eating at Pizza Hut for a while because I thought they went downhill, but today they redeemed themselves! The food is delicious! Their crust tastes good, the flavors of the sauce are good and it satisfied my needs! I got to use my coupons today too! Plus customer service was great at this new location!
