I drive 10 extra minutes than the closest pizza hut to come here because of the deals. They are cheaper and have better deals than Hermitage. Simple stuff like bread sticks and a 2L,$6 in Grove City but $8 in hermitage.

Pizza not cooked well got Cinnabon wasn’t done 2 kinds of wings very light on seasoning wasn’t like this the time before. Fast is good but make sure it’s properly cooked dropped 35 dollars wasn’t worth 10 if I could give 0 star I would. Never offered o refund not as much as an answer back won’t do this again I promise

Update had second visit was not so good was almost the worst Pizza Hut I’ve had in a long time pizza was undercooked wings were cold no flavor no sauce Cinnabons were Raw it’s great to have fast service but at least cook the food first . It has been a week since we’ve had this experience numerous times we have left message after message after message and still not one individual has responded to neither myself or my husband’s requests I do have to say Pizza Hut I will never ever eat at your store again I really thought this place had it together my first review that I had was such smiling faces great service great food this last time my dog could have done a better job

Ate here a few times and can attest to some other reviews about the quality not being consistent. Got a stuffed crust pizza last week that was cooked perfectly, not too greasy, and tasted delicious. Ordered the same thing today and it was a soggy, greasy mess. Staff is friendly and appetizers all tasted good, the quality control for the pizzas themselves just needs to be a bit better.

Worst place ever. Not sure what’s happening here. Use to be good. Now they mess up your food and don’t care. “Sorry, everyone food is messed up.” Yet at any given time you can find atleast 2 employees out back smoking.

I went there yesterday during COVID-19 time. This place was open for dine in. There were sanitizers at multiple spots. Adjacent tables were closed to maintain social distancing. Looked pretty clean and safe to me. I ordered Garlic bread and a medium hand tossed pizza. Both tasted really good. The guy who took the order was very polite and helpful which he took it. It took around 15 mins to get our order. Definitely the best Garlic bread in town.
