I ordered my pizza thru the app with no problem. My pizza was ready when promised. Very little wait to ring out and very friendly cashier. The restaurant was decorated very a festive atmosphere with a cozy tree with light and gifts. My food was warm and delicious!

The manager of this place, Doug is the most rudest ignorant person that there probably is cannot believe they allow this guy to be the manager. I asked to speak to his supervisor, and he pretty much told me he did not have one. He is the boss any complaints he deals with. I will never ever eat Pizza Hut again thank you for the experience Doug.

They keep forgetting half my order. Last time they brought my fries and forgot the melt/sandwich, the main part of my order, and haven’t done anything about it even though I contacted about it. The time before that, they forgot to deliver an entire pizza. And that’s just the last two times I ordered.
