I ordered the Family Pasta Pair & 2 personal pizzas for delivery. It’s a $4.95 delivery charge, NOT including the driver’s tip. The food was good and made to order. The sauce with the pastas is too sweet. Corporate needs to decrease the sugar in that recipe. Delivery was quick and friendly. A good meal when you just need to get something to eat. We get delivery from this Pizza Hit maybe every other month.

Horrendous service, the manager failed to honor a simple request to clean the pizza cutter then proceeded to kick us out and refuse to make a new pizza after he used the dirty cutter right in front of us. On top of that the pizza was undercooked. Will never come here again.

Not the place I remember from even a few years ago. I spent nearly $100 for some wings, 3 pizzas, a dessert pizza, and breadsticks. The food wasn’t terrible. It just wasn’t that good. The service was good, fast and polite. If you’re looking for an average pizza chain experience, this is the spot. If you want an amazing pizza experience, I’d look at one of several great local pizza shops in town.

Walked in and asked to dine in and the lady rudely stated loudly “I am not doing dine in” As I continued to glance at the people sitting in the booths she again, in a snarky tone states “They are getting to go”. I continued to order a to go order and she did not speak or look at me until it was time to sign the receipt with the tip option. 0/10 Customer service.
