Done with the hut. Just got my pizza delivered. Opened one pizza box and the cheese was stuck to the top of the box. Opened the other and guess what? Same thing. I just paid $67.32 and this is what I get. You would expect better service for that amount of money. Going to stick with One of the other pizzerias. Sad though, I use to love Pizza Hut.

Our pizza was cut horribly and completely uneven. Toppings were slid to one side of the pizza including the cheese. Our thin crust pizza was stuck to the box. Indidnt say anything about that to them. But then….Our ultimate cookie had a chunk taken out of it and when I called they wanted me to bring back the old one and pick up the new one. I had the original order delivered. I told them they could have the old one back but I wasn’t picking up the new one. Took them over 30 minutes to bring the new one back. And never once did they ever apologize for it. The girl that answered the phone had to speak to the manager because I wouldn’t pick it up. Manager had nothing to say either. The worst customer service! I’m in customer service and that is not how I handle my customers or id be fired. I’m glad this was a needed dinner spur of the moment because I will not be ordering again.

I had a great experience at this store. I was one of those people that ordered late (which I hate doing) and not only was my food fresh and great, but the team there was awesome. The staff was very friendly. We were going to dine in, unfortunately they lack the staffing necessary to return to the usual way of dine-in. You order at the counter,and then when it’s done,you get it,and sit down and eat. Drinks are in the cooler right as walk in the door. Was a little disappointed, but it’s no fault of the establishment itself. They just don’t have the staff to be able to return to normal. The place is clean,and like I said staff is VERY friendly. It was maybe a 10/15 wait for our food,so it was done relatively quickly. Considering I didn’t see one person standing still while I was there. They were pretty busy. And they’re doing a GREAT job at making the best out of what they have to work with. I recommend grabbing a bite from here. Just remember to be kind, and patient,they are doing their best.
