Ordered 2 medium pep pan pizzas with light sauce for carryout. Both the woman over the phone and the guy at the window were extremely nice and funny. I pulled up early and the guy didn’t make me feel like that was annoying of me which I appreciated. The pizzas were done exactly the same and exactly how I wanted it. I haven’t ever had a problem with carryout at this location for the YEARS I had lived here before and it was nice to see that it hasn’t changed. Would definitely go back next time I am in town.

Absolutely do not recommend terrible customer service extremely rude messed up my order refused to fix it said it was my fault. Food was not cooked thoroughly and what was was burnt.

I had no option but to give one single start but the person in charged is very rude and racist. I went in to order and he didn’t even let the girl take my order or answer a simple question for me to order. Never coming here or ordering from this place ever again.

Joseph has a poor attitude from my husband ordering, said he was gonna bring out the pizza to the car, husband had to go in to retrieve order. Due to the order being done and Joseph not keeping his word when husband came home order was cold and pizza had no sauce on it. Who wants to pay for a 20 dollar pizza that’s cold due to neglect of customer and no sauce. Then when called to notify of said issue were were told repeatedly how wrong we were as if the pizza sitting before us was imagined. And since I felt disrespected I said I could just take it up with corporate he hung up the phone. If only papa John had stuffed crust, next time I’ll just spend my money on a digerno stuffed crust would of cost the same but a more pleasant experience.

My fiancé and I ordered the new Meltz here last week and were blessed with food poisoning that left us vomiting for 2 days straight. As I understand many businesses are short handed still, there is absolutely no excuse for mishandling of food in a business environment when you are serving hundreds of customers a week.
