This is the 2nd order in a row we have received that was wrong. Last time they forgot our 2 liter soda. We realized after the driver had left, so called the store and was told they were out of 2 liters of the kind we wanted. So why not cal us before the driver left and asked us if we wanted a different type? Instead we were told we would be refunded for the soda and never were.

Pizza was takeout and supposedly just out of the oven. Pizza was cold and dry. I was hoping your current NY pizza would be great. I was wrong. This will be our last time going to Pizza Hut. My wife was actually a Pizza Hut waitress many years ago and the food was amazing. No longer. We will be supporting local pizzeria establishments from here on out.

Wow I am so sorry to have to write this but this was the absolutely worst pizza I have ever had from pizza hut. The cheese pizza was over done, both the cheese and pepperoni were so dry. There was not nearly enough sauce on them. The pizza melt was half the size that they show on TV and was so hard I actually cut the roof of my mouth while trying to eat it. So I will not be coming back to pizza hut. Not to mention what I got for the price I paid is absolutely ridiculous.

The food was good and delicious. Everything was hot and ready to eat . The only thing keeping this review from a 5 star is they had to substitute a drink choice and did not call to verify what the substitute should be. other then that, great service and i would still recommend even with the inconvenience.

On 1/29, I ordered pizza for my son and this was how the pizza and Cinnabons were delivered. It was impossible to get in touch with the store to get this taken care of because I kept getting rerouted to the call center. Tried to order again on 2/6, and was called by Justin the “manager” because they ran out of stuffed crust pizza crust. He wouldn’t cancel the order entirely and insisted that I choose another crust. I chose another and then asked him to refund me the difference which he said he could not do because I paid via Apple Pay. I’m done with this location.

Ordered at 6:10 PM for delivery. Ordered marked as out for delivery just 2 minutes later. Now it’s 7:25 PM and still no delivery. Don’t order delivery from Pizza Hut, they are a joke. Glad people’s lives don’t depend on them.

If I could give 0 stars I would. I’ve had issues in the past, but figured I’d give it another shot. Ordered pizza and breadsticks online. Got a text 30 minutes later saying delivery was going to be another hour. Called the store and said I will just pick it up then. Sick as a dog I get dressed and go out there. Once I get there they have no order for me. Got a text from door dash at the store saying my food was delivered to the door. Got home and the food was not there. Called the store saying where is my food. The guy said oh you said you were picking it up. I screamed on the phone telling him I was just in there and they couldn’t find my order. Called door dash number and nobody answered. Never again!!
