They do not know how to deal with the problems they create. I asked for a normal pizza with bacon with extra bacon. Told it would be 40 minutes and I was fine with that until I waited over an hour to get my food that is cold and not even what I ordered. Then when I call and speak to the manager (Barbie) was very rude and got an attitude with me because of their mistake. I asked them to make my order correct or I want a cash refund if it’s not correct. She tried and offer store credit but I kept repeating myself saying that I don’t want store credit with the terrible service I’ve received. I don’t know who else has dealt with this and these kids who work their don’t know how to take orders correctly.

Horrible service, manager was totally ignorant of how customer service works, She double charged me for the same order and told me to call my credit company to dispute the double charge. Also my order was 15 minutes late so I had to wait even though the delivery was cancelled and I had to pick it up myself. The manager needs to reconsider her choice in careers and perhaps actually listen to customer when providing proof of purchase.

The girl running register was biting her nails on her phone and then continued to cut pizza without washing her hands. They took an extra 20 mins to send in the right item I ordered even though the oven run time is 6 to 7 mins. Horrible service and the girl at register was unpleasant.

Got a worker nibbling on food. Worker gave me my food but didn’t say anything about my other order in progress so if I didn’t check my bag I would have left with 2 out of 3 things. Once it was done he left it there until another worker had to give it to me. Manor St better.

They got everything right. I just think pizza hut is going down hill. Nothing is as good as it use to be. To be honest, the only thing worth going for anymore is the bread sticks. And that isn’t worth the drive. It’s sad. Use to to be my favorite pizza place.
