Ordered 2 pizzas & 3 orders of breadsticks 2 hours ago… I called about 40 minutes ago (an hour after I got an alert that my food was going out for delivery) and was told a fryer was down and my driver was waiting for wings. When I said “but I didn’t order wings… or anything fried” I was told that the driver must be waiting for another order as well I then asked “so then… has my food been just sitting for over an hour…?” the woman on the phone said “well it’s in a hot box”. I got my food… and it’s hard and cold. The bags the breadsticks are in are soaking wet. I ordered dinner because I didn’t want to cook… and now I’m cooking This isn’t the first time I’ve had an issue with this location but it WILL be the last because I’ll be picking up any future Pizza Hut orders from the Centerville Road location.

Omg don’t order online for delivery. They use doordash drivers, not their own delivery drivers and dashers steal food or tamper with it! And Doordash will not refund you!

Pizza Hut on Manor Street treated me like a valued customer. Service and delivery were both easy and super fast. Food wasn’t very hot but I have a microwave. I recommend this Pizza Hut to any within delivery distance.

I just ordered a lunch special from this facility. It was a pan pizza and a soda. It was a five dollar special plus taxes. I get there to pick up and I only give me the personal pan pizza. Clearly there was some confusion but I paid $the cost of the special plus tax o line- why the refusal to supply the drink? I had curbside and had to go in. Explained and was still denied the drink EVEN as a customer courtesy for all my inconvenience. I have been in customer service for 30 years. I hope one drink was worth a customer and a unsatisfied rating. I left the pizza behind, I pray the refund the cost.
