I hadn’t had pizza hut in years as all our local locations closed, so decided to give it a try again at this location. Our waiter was very nice and helpful. The food came out quick and was on point. Tried the Original pan style cheese pizza, chicken Alfredo pasta with breadsticks, and buffalo wings, and it was all delicious the building itself is in need of a remodel though, so don’t come expecting fine dining

Horrible Pizza Hut. I called 3 times to make sure my pizza was not burned like other times, they assured me they will. When I got the pizza it was burn and so hard I couldn’t eat it. 2 pizza cost 30.00 dollars, and they ask for tip every time. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS LOCATION, you’re better off getting pizza from little ceasers. A lot better taste and a lot cheaper.

Customer service at this location was above and beyond!! We were staying in a hotel nearby and unfortunately we were delivered a pizza that wasn’t fully cooked. We called the store to get a refund thinking we’d have to frustratingly figure something else out to eat. The woman who was managing that night was so kind and understanding that she not only gave us a refund but personally remade our order herself and had it resent to us free of charge. The second order was perfectly cooked and just what we had hoped for. Thank you for caring! 🙂

Honestly this experience was very sad. Stopped here with my son after doing business in the area. When entering we actually thought it was closed. We were the only customers the entire time we dined in. The food was what I remember when eating at pizza hut many years ago. It was fine & the service was mediocre but that being said I probably wouldn’t put my best foot forward working in such an unvisited restaurant.

Absolutely disgusting! Bathrooms were horrid ! Floor was dirty ! Stuff all over ! Fried chicken on the floor ! Soda machine broken so you get ice and a two literally bottle. Board of health nightmare. We walked out .

After viewing the picture of boneless wings online totally covered in sauce this is what I got. Several hardly had any sauce on them at all. Don’t get me wrong I totally get the menu pictures are fake but the sauce coverage was terrible. Ontop of that when picking up the order in store it seemed like it was a hassle for me to be rung up and presented with my food, as when I arrived the two workers were talking off to the side, one sitting on a counter top. Once I paid I also didn’t get a thank you for your order or even acknowledgement that I was okay to go. Not the best interaction/customer service.
