I had very good experience. My food was ready in less than 20 minutes, and tasted great like always. A younger man took my order the receipt says his name was Zachary, he did a good job explaining to me the different versions they had of the big dinner boxes.

40 bucks for 2 horrible pizzas. Didn’t get original Pan crust that we paid extra for and also didn’t get extra cheese that we paid extra for. When you call to complain, the staff just hangs up on you. Awful service and dirty store. 10/10 would NOT recommend.

The food has been good every time I recieved it but the customer service has been the worst thing that I have ever experienced in my life. Specifically the nightshift manager who refused to give me his name. He lied to me on two separate occasions. He called me a liar on my first incident, saying they gave me my food, even though I could prove they didn’t with my ring doorbell. Then he makes me drive to their store to pick up my food that they forgot to deliver. They forgot an item in my order on the second occasion. I call, he lies and says they don’t have bread or cinnamon, says he’ll give me credit. I ask why didn’t I recieve credit in the first place, says they’re busy (which is understandable). I told him that this is the second time in a row that this has happened. He says “We’re very busy, What do you want from me?” I told him he was being rude and that I wanted his name and he hung up on me. The manager of this store hung up on me. He has been nothing but rude both times and I will never be ordering from them again all because of one person WHO IS A MANAGER OF THE STORE. The delivery driver was nothing but sweet and he kept apologizing, and it wasn’t his fault. The disrespect is unreal.

I placed an order. After 40 minutes, they call me and tell me they don’t have the product. After questioning why they would wait so long to call me and tell me, he then says they don’t have any staff. Tells me I’ll get a $20 coupon for next time. Don’t care and don’t want it. If they would’ve called me when I placed the order and not 40 minutes after, I would be understanding. Just ridiculous and won’t order here again. There’s no trust

I had to give it 4 stars, especially since I hadn’t had pizza hut in over 10 years. Lol prices outrages for a tiny tiny personal pizza and a soda 10$ outrages. The guy working behind the counter had no personality and had his ear pods on and ignored me. His customer service skills were awful. Other than that it was fast service and excellent tasting
