First time trying pizza hut in a good 30 years, the GF and I got a large pie with bacon and sausage, order of bread sticks, an order of cinnamon buns, and an order of wings. The pizza had a crisp edge, the toppings cooked perfectly. The bread sticks were good, the side of pizza sauce just made this a perfect combination. Now how can I describe cinnabon cinnamon buns other then warm and melted in your mouth. Everything was delicious!

Im not sure if you guys wear hair nets and gloves but im a long time Pizza hut memeber. I order pizza hut from nyc Chicago, Missouri and i always order at the Dunmore location i never experienced hair n my food. That is so nasty especially for a new establishment. Would give a zero if allowed. I called for over an hour while they kept picking up the phone and hanging up on me. I never ended up speaking to anyone after placing an order online that never showed up. I was only calling to see if our order was ever going to end up coming.

Pizza was cooked perfectly, too bad they sauced a RECTANGULAR pizza in an OVAL pattern!!! Cheese too! Plus the breadsticks and cinnamon sticks weren’t baked long enough and were just limp greasy logs of soggy bread. Unfortunately I didn’t see the pizza before my niece ate two pieces but here’s the remainder.

The pizza reminds me of Naan with depression. It’s almost as if a stale tortilla was given 1 spoonful of sauce and a sprinkle of cheese. I was searching for a 13th reason and I’m pretty sure I have finally found it. This is the only pizza more depression than what I’m packing downstairs and that’s pretty sad. The delivery guy was nice though so the star goes to him.

Last night we ordered for the first time since this location has opened. We ordered a New york style pizza with pepperoni and banana peppers. We got the delivery and the pizza did not have banana peppers on it. We called, they said they would remake the pizza and send it out shortly, and to not touch the pizza that was here and the delivery driver would take it back to the store. No problem. After waiting for 2 HOURS! we finally called and asked where the pizza was. They said the delivery driver went home for the night and they weren’t going to remake our food or give us a refund for the order and to call back once again the next day to have the order remade. So today we called and they REFUSED to refund the order or remake it and to call the customer service for a refund. They were extremely rude, will NEVER order from there again. After we WAITED ALL NIGHT thinking our food was being remade and delivered. Disgusting customer service. If I’m paying $22 for a pizza I expect there to be everything that I paid for to be on it. I wish I could give them 0 stars.

I ordered a stuff crust medium cheese pizza and was charged $19.05. I called back and spoke with the person and was told, they have no crust pizza in medium so they put extra cheese on it. There was no extra cheese on it. I will never go back to pizza hut again.

Awesome pizza! I’m not sure what all the negativity is about, maybe new business hiccups but I had an awesome pizza and bread sticks! Order was hot, made quickly, and accurate. Was going to try the Kingston one but they were sold out, so we went here and I don’t regret it!
