The pizza isn’t the same nor the bread sticks. Really went down in quality. I use to love pizza hut. Now just nasty food. 2nd time there and both times the food was the same if not worse. Nothing but bread hardly any sauce or cheese. Large pizza at $25 dollars with tax.

Ordered wings and pizza. Asked for dipping sauce and they wanted extra money for it. Every pizza store provides dipping sauce for wings, free of charge. It’s common sense. But obviously this place lacks it.

Tried to place an online order, got the payment page and the screen went to ads. Refreshed the page, no luck. Tried again and again. No luck. Called to place the order over the phone and they wouldn’t honor the price even though I had issues. Why’d you lose a customer and not honor the price?

Tried to call in and order twice and they never picked up, waited over 40 mins on the phone. Ordered online and the food came cold and with half the stuff I ordered missing. Basically eating two different styles of plain bread since I don’t have marinara sauce nor the icing. Definitely not going back to this Pizza Hut. They have definitely lowered the standards for Pizza Hut as a whole. Probably the worst experience with them.

Food was decent for Pizza Hut standards. Order was correct. Staff was OK. The staff seems like a bunch of high school kids working there, with no real adult in the room to regulate things or maintain standards. So I wouldn’t doubt if this place begins to decline soon, but I’ll give it the benefit. I highly recommend ordering online in advance and checking your food before leaving to make sure it’s correct. My order was correct this time, but with kids in the back goofing off at times, standards will slip. Overall OK.
