This is a complete waste of money. My family and I were very hungry so we ordered from Pizza Hut but we were very disappointed with what we received. The pizza looks burnt and there are some strange looking parts on it that are white and look like mold. We thought maybe it’s just the way it looks but the taste was also horrible it doesn’t even taste like a pizza. We will never come here again and I don’t recommend this place to anyone

I love Pizza Hut and I was sad when it closed down and happy when it reopened. With that said, I have never been in the place, until recently. I don’t think this place has dusted, cleaned and disinfected in an extremely long time. The walls were covered in dust and grime. The bulletin board that holds the serv safe certificates was covered in dust and displayed sloppily. The counter space dirty and dusty. The countainers on the counter were caked with grime and dirt. All of the monitors were filthy. They look like they have never been wiped clean. Every single glass – storefront, oven, fridge, was dirty. It was disgusting at just how thick the layer of dust was on everything. Also, it’s a little scary in how the food service employees find comfort in working and maintaining unclean and unsanitary conditions.

Pizza Hut has ok pizza and other menu items. The breadsticks are quite good. The employees at this location are not always the most professional. They don’t seem to be interested in working. The customer service when there is an issue needs a lot of improvement. The actual location is in need of a cleaning, inside and outside. The prices are high.

I call that 7:47 last night my order did not get to me until 10 or 10:00 last night I’m very dissatisfied and I think they should do something about that and then the delivery driver couldn’t speak English and I had to call his wife and I had to talk to her to tell him how much of the tip I’m wanted to give him and then he needed to give me change it was just disgraceful last night I’m not happy with Pizza Hut right now.

Ordered a pizza with 3 toppings ( pepperoni, green peppers and mushrooms) and breadsticks. Breadsticks were great. Pizza was not great; more dough and cheese than toppings. Not enough sauce. Not a good balance of toppings. Felt peppers and mushrooms could have been more plentiful; particularly since of a small size since. Pepperoni a bit bland. Dissapointed. Pizza Hut always had a certain taste and airiness, different from a hand tossed local pizza. You expect a certain taste and quality. Glad I ordered on line which offers coupons/discounts. Likely won’t order again. Its a shame as Pizza Hut locations are few.
