So happy to have a local Pizza Hut!! MOST of their employees are kind and willing to help and will greet with a smile. Food is always hot and done on time the way you order. Our house definitely enjoys our frequent Pizza Hut visits.

Women at the front desk was very helpful and handling all the orders in good time. The pizza was a little salty and needed cooked slightly longer. Prices on the website are different than in store. Took about 20 minutes to receive my order which is good.

The customer facing employees do an amazing job in making sure we are valued. On occasions, and i go to Pizza Hut often the food is not up to par. I attribute this to the store being new, very busy and new employees, however my food being over cooked is not good. My order should be consistent with every order and not dependent upon the preparer. My reason for 4 stars. I do believe they will get better and exceed my expectations.

I waited almost 10 minutes at the drive thru window, with 3 small children in the car, while at least 6 employees walked around, Watching videos on phones, sipping drinks and laughing!. My Cinnabon rolls were cold and had no icing on them!. The pizza was put in a box that was definitely not the right size!. I knew it was only a matter of time before this Pizza Hut fell off!. I mean look where it’s located!.

Ok tonight is probably the worst I’ve seen the newly opened Pizza Hut. Very confused and chaotic in the lobby pickup area. Orders being told to customers that were ready in app and store pickup screens but not actually ready. Some people there had waited over 30 mins past their ready time for their orders. I have no pictures of this outing being that it was very crowded in there and hard to get any pictures. We are going to have to give Pizza Hut a rest. Upon taking my pizzas to the car, the breadsticks were already cold. Had to be reheated in the microwave. And the pizza must have sat for a while as well as they were not hot either.

Unfortunately I was unsatisfied with the quality of my order, I did not receive my marinara that was supposed to be included with my breadsticks, the pasta wasn’t as creamy as last time and it was uncovered in a box so the top was very burnt and dry, the crust of the pizza tasted weird like someone touched cinnamon rolls before handling our pizza. Overall there was no care with my order which was disappointing after a long day and looking forward to having a pizza movie night with my family

Ordered twice and each time there was an item missing from my order. 4/19- placed order. Item was missing. After SEVERAL calls spoke to someone at the store who said I would receive a credit and it is attached to my phone #. Placed second order today. Not only was I NOT able to use the credit that was supposed to be tied to my phone # but the order arrived missing an item. I’ve called several times and cannot get through to anyone! Dominos may suck but at least my orders are usually correct, and when they aren’t , I’m able to use the credit that was applied and reach someone to speak with. Hesitant to order for delivery here again
