I’d like to start by saying I frequent this location as my family loves Pizza Hut. However, the last few times I’ve picked up pizza that was “a lil dark” as in slightly burnt. As such I make it a point to open that box BEFORE I leave the store. This last time, again my pizza was a little burnt and when the lady at the counter saw my face, she politely offered to make a new one and would throw in something for the inconvenience. I decided on the 8 piece boneless wing with honey barbque. Pizza came out looking more “normal” like it should so I left. On the ride home, I figured I’d grab a wing to hold me over and when I did I noticed the consistency was “off”. It was dark in the car and I was driving so I simply closed the lid and figured I’d further inspect when I got home. Well, the results of my findings…undercooked (RAW) chicken

The pizza dinner box tasted pretty good this time. I asked for extra sauce and well done so I would recommend well done for better taste. The Cinnabon rolls were horribly made and ugly looking. It looks nothing like the advertisement smh. So disappointing!

Narissa was amazing! We tried calling this pizza hut three different times and the calls were sent to other representatives who take the order. They didn’t understand what we wanted so my sister and I drove to the pizza hut right before closing (which I never do since I’ve been a waitress for 4 years). They gladly took our order and the whole staff was super accommodating! Thank you so much Narissa and the pizza hut team.

I ordered from there LAST NIGHT pizza had more sauce than cheese and two orders of breadsticks weren’t cooked at all. I called to complain and the employee just gave me attitude to get me off the phone. I don’t know why they are still in business when they have people in there who don’t know what they’re doing.

Absolute worst experience. Called to order two pizzas.. Was told 30 min. Didn’t show up for 2 hours. I call to answer and it miraculously shows up 10 min later cold as ice and not only do I have to pay for it but the delivery driver tried to add his own tip. Criminal. Will never order from there again and I encourage everyone else to order some place else as well.

Ordered pizza at 10:30, they closed at 11 but told me they were still delivering, would be about 35 minutes. 11:00 no pizza, I called but they are now closed, so no one answers phone. 12:00 still no pizza, but my card was charged. Confirmed my phone number, could have at least called to tell me order could not be delivered…..

Your pizza is awful, it might be 1/4 inch thick if your lucky. No sauce no cheese it’s like cardboard. How do you serve that to people good luck staying open you got one cheap franchise owner.
