Did I just order from jail commecarry. Sure felt like it. I actually ordered 2 orders of breadsticks, i received one order. There’s was a note posted on the register $1.05 for Parmesan cheeses (grated) also the same price for red pepper flakes, seriously, come one like just sprinkle that on my pies, it’s like 2¢ worth!

Why you still charge my credit card through Uber eats for a cancellation i never received the order it was canceled because of a emergency so then i get a email saying that i was charged and i ordered the same day. Now they wont refund me for the money of the cancel order. And i talked to corporate i mean you basically robbed me and i was a loyal customer. Then i also had one order cancel the same day hopefully was nothing serous happen to the person but like you guys can cancel and don’t refund me but you charged me and i canceled. I deleted the entire app of Uber and i will no longer support any business of any restaurant times are rough and i see I will not receive my money back . Everyone has it rough but just letting you know that Uber is putting the blame on your behalf as to why i wont Get my refund on something I didn’t receive. So i will have to now make a small claim in court due to the fact that. So if I don’t receive a refund then i need to go to court. I just want to know who i gotta sue now Uber or your establishment for not refunding me a few dollars.

Ordered pizza, breadsticks, and a 2L Pepsi last night. Never got the 2L Pepsi. Delivery driver says he will credit us, never did. Called multiple times and cannot get ahold of a manager. Next time I order, I won’t be tipping to make up for the 2L.

Got a three topping pizza (bacon, sausage and pepperoni) with an extra Roma tomato topping. Received BARELY any of each topping. Picked “normal” sauce but got like a drop of sauce spread around on the pizza. Only ordered bc we had a gift card. Just get pizza at a local, family pizza shop. This place is a rip off smh.

Sadly enough, I don’t know the names of the workers responsible for the pizza I bought and enjoyed, the pizza which prolonged starvation. But there is one employee who did nothing to produce the pizza, Aaron Powell and yet earns more than the entire store combined. A leech on the backs of every worker, ever consuming. His salary should be split among the actual workers, those producing the pizza of Pizza Hut. They are the real reason pizza hut exists as an iconic, powerhouse global brand, not because of marketing strategies or corporate theater but because of dough, cheese and toppings. Because of those clocking in day after day, those risking life and limb delivering despite natures harshest conditions. Those producing to feed the hungry. The true heroes of pizza. Let the ruling classes tremble at a pizza revolution. The proletarians have nothing to lose but their chains. They have a world to win.

We ordered for pick up. When I went inside after the time it was supposed to be ready, no one was at the front but someone (I think the manager?) said “I’ll be with you in a minute” without even glancing up or asking what I was there for (pick up or to place an order?). I waited a few minutes as she continued to prep more orders and saw my own order be placed on the warmer. I continued to wait for nearly 10 minutes without being acknowledged. Meanwhile, my husband was waiting in the car with our kids and baby. When I politely said “excuse me, I think that’s my order,” the woman snapped back that they’re busy and I just need to wait because she had said she’ll be right with me. She did come over then and sighed as she asked what I needed but was visibly irritated that I was there, and as I left she said “have a nice day, and maybe next time learn to have compassion for people.” We will certainly not be returning to this location if that’s the standard of customer service from the person in charge.

My wife has a milk allergy, so I only get Pizza Hut pizza once every 5 years when she preps for her colonoscopy. We used to get Pizza Hut every week until she discovered the milk allergy.

By far the worst service I have ever gotten. Called me from a number that said BETTY LEININGER and because I didn’t answer they said they deleted my order without calling more than once. And then lied about my mailbox being unable to receive new messages. I don’t see this location lasting long after this and the other time they were late and pizza looked old. Save your money and get a frozen pizza it’s about the same.
