About as bad as you can get. 45min past estimated delivery time and the box was smashed. Pizza and bread sticks mildly warm, had to reheat. Seemed like it was sitting on the counter for 45mins, bread was soggy. Driver left only after we called the store.

It’s not a BNY PIZZA AT ALL & THE SLICES WERE UNEVENLY CUT as you can see in these photos! After been told that the pizza was ready we had to wait about 20 minutes to actually get it so of course it was cold ! Not Good At ALL…..

I went to this location to pick up my order which I had mistakenly placed at another location online. There were two lady’s working the registers tonight by the names of Mallorie and Carla, these two were great at assisting me trying to track down my order even while still helping other customers and answer the phones!! They even took the time to find the other stores phone number and call them, after finding out the other location is privately owned and nothing could be done they remained calm/professional and handled the situation accordingly! After all the headache and my food was done they still made sure I had everything I needed plates, napkins, ect all with nice smiles!! I’ll definitely be going back to this location and recommend it to anyone needed their Pizza Hut fix lol… Food was ready fast and the quality was 100%!!

Nice place. One of the last of a dying breed.. Pizza hut use to be that place!! That place where you took your family to get a slice of that buttery deep dish deliciousness called pizza. This location is of course only carry out but there not half bad. They’ve improved something for sure because it use to give stick up vibes.. I’m from Philly I know the vibe. So I gave it another whirl. It’s good. It’s better.. The staff seems nice and communicative. They’re very accommodating.. I would recommend if you’ve stopped going to go back and give it another try.. Everyone’s tired and lazy now so don’t expect too much.. Nothing’s like home cooked.. ijs☺

It’s been years since I ordered from Pizza Hut. There’s a reason for that. They’ve gone downhill big time, HOWEVER I thought I’d give them a try since they brought back the Big New Yorker. *sigh*…..disappointed yet again. Not sure if it’s this specific Pizza Hut or just them in general. But I ordered extra cheese, and it’s standard. Tiny pepperonis that are few and far between. What the hell happened to you Pizza Hut?? Dominos has you beat by a mile! $16 for pizza like this? Please don’t even try to pass this off as your original Big New Yorker!

This is actually the second poor experience I have had at this location. When I arrived to pick up my order yesterday evening, I was hung up on two times by a female who answered the phone. When I walked into the store I made mention of it being very unprofessional to hang up on customers, and the associates brushed off the incident and were busy looking at their phones.

We had experienced a financial issue to where we could not buy food or pay bills for a month. We just got things back on track, problem solved , the first thing we all craved was a pizza. We went to pizza hut. It was the best thing ever lol.

This is what I get over an hour after my order. It was supposed to be fresh out of the oven from what they said over the phone. Nope. Too much sauce on the pizza. No sauce for the bread sticks they I guess they forgot to season. The cinnamon sticks were ok at least.

Well I ordered a stuffed crust pizza with extra pepperoni, extra sauce and sausage. I’m trying to figure out what I would’ve gotten if I hadn’t asked for extra! It actually seems like there is hardly any sauce at all, the pepperoni is just the regular amount. This is one of the worst pizzas I’ve ever had! I won’t ever waste my time ordering from them again! The only thing I can say good is that it was delivered on time. Update, I called the restaurant to voice my displeasure with my pizza and they said “we can give you a credit on a future order or remake the pizza” hmm do I really wait them to “make me another pizza” when they can do anything to the reorder and I don’t want a credit for a future order because yeah not going to waste anymore money with them
