For the past year every time I ordered delivery (10 times), I requested no contact delivery and every time the drive calls me to come get the order from him. When I get downstairs he hasn’t arrived yet and I have to wait for him. The food quality has been hit or miss at this location. Don’t even bother ordering any wings because they are dry and come with barely any sauce. Very disappointed in this location and their service.

Don’t plan on sit down great service- the waitress will glare at you when ask for salt/pepper and parmesan cheese. The high chair was sticky- requested cleaning and no salads since they ran out. Order carry out and buy your salad somewhere else. The pan pizza was good.

im with my family were on a trip,we are in a hotel not far away from this pizza hut we ordered 2 pizzas and we received them burned and we also ordered wings and the flavor was so bad.the wings tasted old.this is so disappointing

WORST experience I have ever had at this location. I paid for an extra marinara sauce and did not get it. While being inside waiting for my order I witnessed a black employee getting treated extremely poorly for him doing his job. Another employee was talking to him as if he was less than everyone else for printing out the online orders as he was supposed to. The manager stood there and did not say anything while he was spoken to like that! No person should be spoken to the way he was and it was completely hostile!

I’ve ordered from here twice in the last two months. Each time was a bad experience. First with the new Yorker – dry pizza, barely any sauce, burnt pepperoni. The double cheese sticks were literally a thin slice of bread & the bread wasn’t even toasted just fluffy & not cooked. I spent $50 on this order. I complained to Pizza Hut & they gave me some codes to use for a free large pizza & a free side. I ordered just today & had another bad experience. The pizza was decent enough, But they forgot my cheese sticks. Instead of two garlic dipping sauces they gave me icing, & my garlic Parmesan wings were not sauced. They were plain with some sauce at the bottom. I called to complain about the missing items & the driver came back out to deliver sopping greasy cheese sticks (actually cheese on them this time, thanks) & two garlic sauces. I appreciate the efforts, but then the driver asks if I’m going to tip. I tipped $8 last time on the trash they delivered & my order was screwed up this time & they expect a tip? I’m sorry, but no. Usually I tip the drivers cause honestly it’s not their fault, but no, I won’t be guilted into tipping for poorly made expensive fast food. Pizza Hut should just compensate their drivers with a decent wage. Severely disappointed, & I plan to get my pizza fix elsewhere moving forward.

Food was good but the service is terrible. Delivery driver was rude and didn’t care that he missed items. The staff answering the phone was just as bad. There are better options in the area, even if it’s another Pizza Hut.

I had to pay for water and severely understaffed. Although I was not made aware I had to pay for my water which was disingenuous and the shortage of staff, I blame management! I had the lunch buffet on a Wednesday and it was amazing! The pizza was amazing, the restaurant is spotless/clean! I would recommend going and I’d recommend management address lack of transparency on water and staffing up their restaurant for better customer service!
