This place is always pretty solid. The employees are nice. I love this double pepperoni, double cheese Big New Yorker. I hope they keep it on the menu. Papa John’s had something similar at one point but I think a lot of people like having the option of a pizza that doesn’t have that chain look and chain taste.

I ordered online and went in to pick it up. It was ready at the time given. I was greeted immediately and taken care of respectfully. Everything was hot, fresh, well-prepared, and really good. It was my first time there & I’ll be back!

Service is different every time we order from here. Last time one of our pizzas was given away, today, it was made and ready in time estimated. One concern, when are they getting their warmers back in the store? It’s been several months since they have had them? If we aren’t there as the food is being pulled out, it’s not as warm as if it was from the time warmer.

I ordered pizza, wings and breadsticks. We did not receive the wings. We called the store to let them know and we were told that there is nothing they can do because there is no delivery driver, apparently pizza hut had an Uber eats driver deliver our order. They only offered to credit my account, a credit to my account was not going to fix the fact that my husband’s dinner wasnt delivered. My husband asked them to contact the Uber eats driver to have them come back with the wings, of course that didn’t happen. My husband didn’t want pizza that’s why I ordered wings. There was no apology for their mistake just “there’s nothing we can do”. My husband and I are both sick so I tried to make it an easy dinner for our son. Guess I’ll remember next time to not order from here. On top of the missing wings the pizza arrived cold and was mediocre at best. We have ordered quite a bit from this pizza hut and I have not been impressed this place has gone downhill a lot lately. Very disappointed in how this was handled. I’m sure nothing will come out of this and this review I’m almost certain is pointless and a waste of my time.

So to be honest…..rating of one…i’ve had 2 orders essentially stolen…being they have gone to doordash (even though if you like me have the doordash app) do not get any notices….super easy to steal your food….they say they refund your order but i have not seen it yet….they are going through 3rd parties to deliver your food which never shows up……..honestly -9 out of 10 but they dont let you do that being they want you to bet honest…..wish they would make them apply the same way….

Great food! All was just as we ordered and ready when we got there! People were friendly and the food was hot and prepared well! Plus we got points for signing up on the app. Pizza Hut has survived the years and the food still tastes great- the best option that you can count on!
