Stopped by this restaurant yesterday for a quick order. Upon arrival, I noticed the large dumpster near the entryway of the establishment. This is a major concern as 1) this is a food establishment and 2) the dumpster can attach rodents. There were two empty dumpsters a few feet away from the establishment as well. Upon entering the restaurant I greeted the staff (3 cashiers and a supervisor) and inquired about the dumpster in front of the restaurant door. The supervisor looked at me and walked off– very rude and unprofessional.

Pizza was good. We had to wait 30 mins for a pizza. The location was dark n gloomy. The area looked like it was an abandoned lot. Thought it was closed. The dining area, all the tables n chairs were pushed against the back walls like during covid. It was sad sitting in there waiting…

Please get better hygiene. I just saw a lady put her bare hand into the cheese not just her fingers her whole hand with no gloves on. She also picked up the cheese that fell onto the counter onto the pizza she was preparing..

Its very frustrating that I make my order on the pizza hut website and it tells me something is wromg with my card and yet I look at my acct and the funds has been pulled but they can not find my order. Now I have to wait 3-5 days for my funds to be release back into my acct, yet it took 2 secs for this error to happen. Won’t be ordering again!

Delivery is slow, takes about 1h 15mins or so. Pizza had to reheated in oven, wasn’t really hot. Other than that cinnamon sticks & chocolate chip cookie was good.

I came inside for an order that’s supposed to be car side pick up and the man at the front desk had a horrendous attitude. He ignored me when I asked for help multiple times and seemed to spend more time on the phone then the line in front of him. They are not enforcing mask mandates as there are customers in the building wearing no mask. Won’t be giving them another dime. Eat at your own risk
