I went to pizza hut on Nicholson Lane after purchasing 4 pizza and was trying to use some of my bonus points to get 1 additional pizza but it wasn’t working on my phone. I went in the store and asked the cashier why the app wasn’t working and he turned to the manager, I believe his name was Arthur, who instead of saying, “I apologize sometimes the app has issues” instead he hollers out “I’m ain’t giving you nothing and I’m ain’t changing nothing”. I told him that I not looking for something for free, I just bought 4 pizzas. I was just asking about my reward points. Mind you, I’m almost 70 yrs old and a US Army veteran, I have never been talked to like that in my life and it won’t begin now. To top that off, not only was the manager rude, obnoxious and disrespectful, I got all the way home and I wasn’t even given the right pizzas. I had to go all the way back to the store and demanded a full refund and you can rest assure that I will NOT return to that Pizza Hut again. Very disappointing, poor management and completely unacceptable!

Not great due to the delivery service they use Grub Hub food arrived cold, Pizza Hut was better when they had their own drivers. Idk how it works but maybe use specific grub hub drivers only for pizza hut.

Used to be good. They got rid of their delivery drivers so now use doordash which means deliveries are 1-2 hours. Several wrong items in one order (wrong drinks, wrong sauce on wings, forgot dipping sauce (which was an extra fee, not free with wings)). Portion sizes have been steadily decreasing along with price increases.

The fat & extremely rude female named Brittany that works in there on Monday evening is so rude to not only her own staff but to customers too, I ended up canceling my order & leaving. I felt so bad for the sweet older lady attempting to take my order. I will never go to that Pizza Hut again unless they get rid of Brittany the Bully. And Brittany if you’re seeing this maybe if you cared as much about customer service as you do stuffing your fat face, maybe you wouldn’t have stopped the business you work for from making money tonight.

Never ever order from this location , the staff are so rude . I order a pizza when they deliver it they dropped it on the floor they never call me to pick it up from the door so they decide to leave it on the floor!!!! when I picked it up I found bugs inside the pizza . I try to call them back to come pick it up they lady was so rude with me ! Never expected it that from them! I’ll never order Pizza Hut again !!!!!

Never expected the pizza to still be hot, fresh and cheesy. The delivery came fast too. Other places I have tried takes a while and the pizza gets cold, tastes similar to microwaving the pizza again.

It’s a shame that I had to give 2 starts to this location. The location need help with customer service. The older lady is always nice and inviting; however one of the younger worker was not professional at all. I was suppose to pick up an order, they gave me some else order by mistake. Had to drive back there to get the right food. The younger lady was not even able to apologies for the mistake. She replied by saying that I should have seen that it wasn’t the right order. While conversing she never apologies for the error that was made and almost blamed me for not seeing that the order wasn’t right! Beside all that, the location is clean and easy to be found.

The staff was great – but the food was absolutely disgusting. The pizza (I ordered a dinner box and 2 medium pizzas) had a strange flavor. I am not sure what the off putting flavor was – it could have been the cheese or the dough itself. I had to throw away my whole Super Bowl dinner.
