I order the $10 Dinner Box at least once a month and this time they sent me my box without cinnamon sticks. When I called and asked them to send me my cinnamon sticks they told me that I had to pay $5 to get them. Um…No? What? Im not paying $5 extra for you to fix your mistake. The person I was on the phone with was very rude and told me that I could have asked nicely, which I did. I will never ever ever order Pizza Hut from these idiots ever again. I dont suggest you order from them since they apparently dont know how to do their jobs. They will have YOU PAY to FIX THEIR MISTAKE

My place one line order with their special wrap over pizza was 1 of the worst experiences that I have ever had with Pizza Hut in Aspen Hill. The food was overcooked on the outside so it was not very tasty at all I would not recommend this particular wrap to anyone I would just suggest that you stay with the regular pizza and if you want the chicken wings I would Suggest strongly to tell them to put it through 3 times and if they don’t do that then don’t get them at all.

I came in with a coupon I got in the mail. I have used it before and the girl was going to enter it. But someone else came in and stopped her from using the code. I am very disappointed and cannot recommend this particular location. The gentleman who came in was rude, condescending, and soured my taste from ordering food from Pizza Hut again. I went across the street to Dominos and got hot fresh pizza for a much lower price. I have friends and family who have had bad experiences at this location before, but this was the last straw. Pizza Hut needs to get this franchise in order before it destroys the company’s reputation. A customer with a coupon should still be treated with human decency.

The pizza we ordered and picked up was not what we expected. We did not realize it until we were home. I call the Hut and manager sent a new pizza by delivery in 30 min fo free. Tipped the driver but impressed by the prompt solution. Thank you Aspen Hill Pizza Hut!

The order was made on time but when I got home the pasta tasted rancid like they used old cheese we couldn’t even finish it all. The cheesesticks were completely burnt. I paid money to upgrade them from breadsticks. I am very disappointed because I’ve ordered plenty of times from Pizza Hut. As much as I hate to say it, it just makes me not want to spend money here ever again

Nail the pizza. I ordered extra sauce and extra sausage. There was only extra sauce on the center. We need it toward the edge too for the sauce to pan pizza dough ratio. The sausage seemed like it was plopped on top after the fact, not in the pizza. Our first experience was better.
