I ordered my food & give instructions to the store giving my apartment # and code to enter my building. Also had my phone number. My food was left outside on the dirty ground with animals & bugs around the neighborhood. I called the restaurant & spoke to the manager. Her first response to me was it’s a door dash problem and I should call them. I informed her I ordered through Pizza Hut website not door dash. She informed me that they didn’t have enough drivers so they had to use door dash. I asked her how are customers supposed to know that and it’s not a problem that I should chase down. I do not like when you get an automatic excuse instead of taking ownership and apologizing. She kept on insisting it was door dash and never once apologized. My food was also messed up in the box. It was completely ruined. I can’t eat this. She told me she would call me back and hung up. This is not the service I expect from Pizza Hut. I want my money back. Take the pizza back to the restaurant.

The personal pan pizza and the regular pan pizza is so delicious, and the crust is Awesome!, My family and friends eat pizza every week, we really, really do. Pizza Hut is the Best you just can’t go wrong with Pizza Hut Pizza. I really mean that, Thank you Pizza Hut for Good Pizza.

they never put enough sauce on their pizza at this location unless you call them up and explicitly tell them, even if you list extra sauce online. the regular sauce taste like no sauce at all and the extra sauce taste like a regular amount of sauce. get your sauce right columbia pizza hut, you’ve already raised prices on everything else at least reflect value for the customer.

This is a carry-out only establishment. There was only 1 person working the front counter and making pizza. My pizza was still sitting on the conveyor when I arrived but still warm when I received it. The employee was apologetic but was still frustrating. I’ll still go back!

Food is good and accurate orders on time, pizzas are typically undercooked for my families taste, so we recook them at home to crisp the crust and cheese. I wish they had the well done option like Ledo’s.
