Ordered a pizza with pepperoni. The pizza was nothing but marinara sauce (too much) and cheese, 0 pepperoni. Called to make them aware and the gentleman asked “what do you want me to do about it?” Seriously? We tried to eat it but had zero flavor, can only taste marinara sauce, not appetizing. Very disappointed.

Last night at around 6:30 pm I placed an order thru their website, the order arrived and was correct but, I never received any notice of delivery. The driver didn’t wring the bell, which isn’t surprising as it wasn’t part of the delivery instructions, but I also didn’t receive a text or e-mail stating my order had been delivered. I have an account with Pizza Hut, so they have both my e-mail address and my phone number. I did receive a notice that the driver was on their way.

When we order out, it’s because we do not WANT TO COOK. Friday 1/13/23 my family decided to order pizza from here. The pizza came super fast, and was NOT DONE! The wings were disgusting and very undercooked. Easily could get sick eating from his place. $40.00 down the drain ordering here. Never again. I will be calling corporate because I want my money back! Terrible terrible service..playing with people food is never okay. Place needs new management clearly because there is no way our pizza was taken out of an oven and boxed undone! No stars if I could! Slow down and take your time. People want quality food not rushed sloppiness!

This Pizza Hut in Glen Burnie Place is not very good place to go.TOTALLY ZERO RATE FOR CUSTOMER SERVICE AND VERY, VERY RUDE WORKERS!!!Last night my husband and I went there in a hurry to buy a carry-out Pizza 10 minutes before 10:00pm and the store is still open and there’s still people dine-in.There”s a 2 workers standing in the front of the cashier, Pretending they’re doing something one tall skinny black man and one Big black woman .My husband ask the Tall skinny black man if we can still order pizza,if they can still accept our order or not because We’re not sure if they’re closing already.That man and that woman both standing in front of us just ignore me and my husband,like we’re invisible and never say anything to us.They both rude, unprofessional and very,very poor in customer service at all.very awful customer service in pizza hut glen burnie..My husband and I just decided to walk out on that annoying place.
