This is the 2nd time I’ve had an issue. First time I ordered a personal pan pizza and when I went to eat it, it was breadsticks with sauce and cheese. FYI it was not good. This time the driver forgot my salad, called and was told they would contact the driver and see if he’d be willing to come back . Driver comes back and this is my $5 salad. Wilted & brown lettuce and maybe 3 bites worth. Don’t waste your money. The quality control and training.

Been going to this Pizza Hut for years and never had an issue until today . I got a large pan pizza and it was one of the worst pizzas I’ve ever had. It looked like it was leftover from the day before. With all of the pizza options I have here I will never go back.

This is the 2nd time I tried to get a round personal pan pizza for my kids at this location and when I arrive they give me a square pizza my kids will not eat because they want round persomal pan pizza. Store claims they are out of dough, 2nd time in 30 days. Not able to get refund.

I enjoy the nostalgic feeling I get when I go into a Pizza Hut. From the second I walk in until the minute I’m finishing the fruit punch it feels like I’m a kid again. I’m reminded of the fond memories before things got so hectic in life, and Pizza Hut has a slow chill environment that allows me to unwind and just relax of just for an hour.

I stopped in at the Hampstead Pizza Hut and was blown away by the service and friendliness provided by Kyle Watts and Aaron Allaire. They had my food coming out of the oven in a timely manner and were very polite and friendly in conversation. If you are looking for professionalism mixed in with personality, make sure to stop in and see how Kyle and Aaron do things at Hampstead Pizza Hut. Thanks for the great experience guys!

One of the employees called me to let me know that on my order the Cinnabons had run out and he would replace them with the cinnamon sticks and Cinnabon icing. I said that was fine, plus he gave me a two dollar refund for the inconvenience. I thought that was very nice. He said the order would take an hour but it only ended up being about thirty five or forty minutes. All was good.

You can tell that this location was hit by the pandemic and is understaffed, but I must say, other than slightly longer wait times, our experience was phenomenal. We were a party of 6 and our waiter was great, as was the other staff members. If they’re this good understaffed, they must really be something special when fully staffed
