Please never go here. This place looked, smelled, and acted as if it was abandoned. On top of the clear neglected cleaning, the staff was rude and never informed us that our food was ready, even though apparently it had been sitting on the counter for a half hour. They said it would be a ’15 minute wait’ but we sat at a (mind you broken,) table for forever.

Gave them a shot a couple weeks ago despite the negative reviews. The food itself was fine: my order was made accurately & ready at the estimated (off-peak) time, and the cost is reasonable so long as you check the specials & coupons online before ordering. But the store itself was enough to convince me to quit while ahead.

There were 7 employees and only 1 was doing anything. It was the dinner rush on a Saturday and the restaurant was completely empty. We where there about an hour and only had 5 customers come in to pick up and 2 deliveries.

Ordered and had delivered a New Yorker pizza over the weekend – there was no double pepperoni and if I hadn’t paid for extra cheese there would have been no cheese at all. The pizza looked absolutely nothing like it does on commercials, where the entire pizza is covered with pepperoni – I got no more than you get on a regular pepperoni pizza – VERY UNHAPPY. Local pizza shops make their version of the New Yorker pizza and they DO put double pepperoni on top, and when you pay for extra cheese you get it – a lot of it. Pizza Hut is very misleading about what their New Yorker actually looks like – or the manager of the store on Montgomery Rd in Elkridge MD is skimping on toppings intentionally. To pay for extra cheese and barely get any cheese at all was a total ripoff – again skimping on toppings.

Ordered a pizza directly on the Pizza Hut Website. The website tracking device informed me step bystep that the pizza was being prepared, that it was ready and then finally that it was in route to me, giving me an estimateddelivery/arrival time.
