I ordered food for myself and my family for dinner. The Chicken Alfredo was not true in size of how it would come. It was only a small container for (3) people. The wings were spicy instead of being traditional flavor basic. The only thing I liked was the cheesy bread. I wasted hard working money for garbage food. I could have went to McDonald’s instead and got horse meat that was better than that. I can’t speak for my family. I can only speak for myself. I won’t be coming back or ordering from there again. I have been in the bathroom all morning and experiencing stomach cramps with it….. I am not trying to discourage anyone I am only stating what I have experienced. I wish I could have just ate in and maybe my experience would have been different but I didn’t.

The pizza was excellent.the service was outstanding. The manager and the person who was our server I believe his name was Rasheed was so nice and efficient I never leave reviews but he impressed me so much. He went out of his way to make sure that we had everything we needed,!

There was an electronic hiccup that double-entered the order I placed online. The staff caught it and confirmed that it was not my intention, so I wouldn’t be double-charged. They were very busy but still super friendly and very customer-focused!

The Customer Experience that Pizza Hut had for years has disappeared. since when do you not offer free refills for dining in? And when did dining in basically become self service. If you’re gonna make me get up to place my order and make me get up to get my food – why not let me get up for a refill. Ridiculous the price is raised for a soda and you cant get a “free” refill.

Normally I enjoy my pizza. I ordered a personal pan pizza and it was so dry. Like 2 popeyes biscuits and a spoon full of cinnamon with no drink dry. It made me sad dry. Still 4 stars because this is my first “not GREAT” experience and I’ve been a few times and I will be back

Needed a sweatshirt to survive this place. Every customer commented on the cold temp but nothing was done to heat the place. Suggestion: put the fireplace in the center of the room on! Certain menu items are not served at this location. Our pizza was just okay. We don’t plan on a return visit.

You order these days you’ll getting a DoorDash driver. Why the hell am I paying $4.99 for delivery. Never again. I shouldn’t have to meet them at the driveway when they are delivering food. I ordered 8 wings and it was literally 8 crumbs. Pizza Hut went downhill. Absolutely ridiculous.
