Waited 4 hours for my food to show up. Showed up via DoorDash ice cold and the food was made incorrectly. Called the store manager and she only said that no one wanted to work today and to call corporate. This place is joke and will never get another order from me.

IT IS SAD!!! I can Into This Pizza Hut, 8:30pm, The Lady Ask If I order I said no, I Wanna order Now, SHE HAD SUCH A BAD ATTITUTE, Ask to Order Cheese Sticks And Also WINGS and Said They Turn The Friers Off, I Told her What time You Close She Said 9pm With Such a Bad Attitute Again & Literaly Starting Screaming And We can Make your Wings And I Said Where Is Ur Manager, She Left me STANDING in the Counter!!! So I told Her I will write a review & Call The office And She Scream She doesnt Care, So in the Same Street just 2 Minutes this place Had Wings & Pizza We I got, Amazing Customer Service, Here a Pic So You Guys Can go!!!

Missing Pizza!!! We have always ordered pizza from here with no issues. Tonight we ordered 2 medium pizzas. When we got home even though we had 2 boxes we only had ONE pizza. The 2nd box was EMPTY!! When I called and explained to the girl that one of the boxes was empty she apologized and said she would have them remake a new pizza. We live 15 minutes from there so I was not going to drive back. I asked for them to deliver it and she said sorry but they don’t cross the Severn River bridge. This was THEIR mistake so I felt it was not unreasonable for them to bring me my pizza!! Of course they didn’t!! Would of been good customer service for the manager to send someone. Meanwhile I had to figure out something for dinner since we only got half our order. I did get a refund for the pizza I DID NOT GET.

Called in an order at 8:45 not realizing that they closed at 9 and instead of them telling us they can’t take any more deliveries for the night, they took our order and payment and never dropped it off. Now I have to wait for a refund and was waiting for my food for an hour before I was able to reach a customer service representative. Horrible customer service.

When you order and it comes to 32.98 and they WONT take a 50.00 that’s when I go somewhere else. My change would have been $22. And change YOU LOST a 20 year customer. YOU SUCK !!!! Dominoes got my business from now on.

The Thin and Crispy pizza was seriously undercooked. It was thin but the crust was barely cooked (certainly not crispy). To be fair, though, the taste was good. And, the brownie was so undercooked it could not be cut with a knife. A spoon got the warm dough out (yes, my daughter loved that). To top things off, it was not delivered on time as they gave the order to Door Dash.

This place is a mess. If you order delivery you probably don’t know but as a pickup customer I can tell you the store itself is incredibly dirty, dirt on walls and floors, cob webs hanging from ceilings and menu boards, flour on floors and tables in customer area and food prep areas dirty. Employees that used to be there weren’t great but tolerable and at least efficient. Now it seems they have a new staff which is horrible. Orders are seldom ready when you get there, they don’t seem to know what they are doing (or care) and frankly, employees appearance along with cleanliness of the store makes you think twice about eating the food. (Did they do a hiring event at a parking lot carnival? I know this sounds mean but what ever happened to minimum standards of dress and uniforms?) Doesn’t seem like the owners here take much pride in their business. Papa John’s or Vizzinis a much better option.

After picking up the pizzas and bringing them home, we discovered that one of the pizzas was completely burnt and charred on top. I worked at a Pizza Hut when I was younger. There is absolutely no way the store did not know it was burned before they cut and boxed it. When we called the store we were told we had to come back to exchange it (delivery was not an option). When we returned the burned pie for an exchange, no apology was given, just a quick “here you go” response. This was ridiculous. I don’t know what company policy is these days, but when I worked for Pizza Hut we would have refunded the purchase and exchanged the pie for free — with an apology for wasting the customers time on something that never should have happened. Regardless, there are other pizza options in our area which we will explore next time.
