This is THE BEST Pizza Hut location. No other Pizza Hut I have ordered from has made a pizza that comes close to what they craft at this location. This is pretty much the only Pizza Hut I order from because you get food that is consistent and cooked perfectly every time. Bring back the Detroit style!! They are dang near addictive from the S. Seton Pizza Hut!

Had to talk to a call center rep to place an order. Upon entering the store to pick up my order I was intentionally ignored with NO employees working that night acknowledging my presence. 8-10 minutes after arriving someone said Hi, are you here to pick up an order? Do better. We pay enough for the food here, the least you can do is offer an immediate and friendly greeting.

Since the Pizza Hut closed in Thurmont, this is the go to. These people always kill it making the pizza, the building is also super cool. It’s a real vintage Pizza Hut and they still got that 2000’s Pizza Hut logo on some stuff which is essential.

Decent management and employees, and the pizza is okay too. Unfortunately I had them charge me for a few pizzas I didn’t receive. I called them and they couldn’t refund my card, so I took it as a credit. A few months later when I tried to use the credit, they said it expired after thirty days, which they did not specify. Not happy that Pizza Hut essentially robbed me. Oh well.

Always order out takeout from here and am never disappointed. Our order is always correct and always cooked (baked?) to perfection. The staff is friendly and professional, especially Eric. Pizza hut of Emmitsburg, I don’t know what you’re paying that man, but you need to triple it. Quality employee, Quality pizza, even if it does give me heartburn, that’s not the Huts fault.

We had a huge crowd of kids that came in with 30 minutes left till closing and Eric was the kindest, chillest cashier ever! Apparently he had been working from 9am (till closing), so kudos to him for serving up a late night customer with such enthusiasm! Even though we ordered 7 pizzas, they came out fast and delicious (thanks to Deb, AJ, and Amanda)!
