Have ordered here in the past and the food and service was good. Now you don’t get to call the store. They have some kind of foreign ordering system and the payment system has issues. Not user friendly and didn’t work. Have not ordered since. Pizza Hut, start answering phones again!

Terrible pizza – Pizza Hut used to be THE place I loved to go – this is a small, 1-2 person shop and the pizza was probably pre-made and then covered with a topping to order – tasted worse than a frozen Delgiorno – won’t order here again

The value was decent, however, the original Pizza Hut taste was not there. The pizza was rather dry. It did not have that buttery taste that I was accustomed to.

BEWARE. If your pizza is made improperly and you call them after driving home, they’ll appease you with imaginary credit for the next visit. When you call to claim the credit, they have no record of it.

Pizza Hut in Sykesville is excellent! They prepare orders accurately and quickly and keep them in a warming oven until they are picked up. The restaurant is very clean and the staff are very friendly and efficient servers. They are one of the best Pizza Huts around, if not *the* best!

For starters, the app said my order would be ready in 15 minutes, and it was ready in 14. Secondly, If it wasn’t for the different colored shirt, I couldn’t tell the difference between the store manager and all the speedy hands on deck. That’s admirable.
