I really want to like this location, it’s a small town, I like the food, and I’m sure the people who are work here work hard, but there have just been too many blunders. 1:20 to get a delivery once. Absolutely chaos in store for pickup another time. 6-7 workers frantically trying to figure out all the orders and customers in line/drive through. Guy came in who never received his delivery. It’s clear they just don’t know how to properly handle surge / triage. I feel like I’m pretty sympathetic and willing to wait, but I had to be persistent to get my order that was sitting on the oven for 20minutes.

I went to the Walkersville location as I usually do. The service was quick and friendly. I normally get pan pizza but forgot this time and accidentally ordered hand tossed. I am quite dissatisfied with the thickness of the two hand tossed pizza I got. Although the crust is a regular size, the pizza itself is very then. This is my only complaint, but is important to my experience at this store.
