We were looking for somewhere to get pizza after a kayaking trip. We called to make sure we would be able to dine in if we arrived around 9:30 pm. They said we don’t close until 10 pm so yes you can dine in. So we ordered our food over the phone so it would be ready when we arrived. The food was great! The restaurant and the bathroom were very clean. The staff was helpful and courteous. We weren’t rushed and were told to take our time and enjoy our food. Honestly, this kind of service and experience doesn’t happen very often at most places. Thank you and great job Joseph Biggs Hwy, North East, MD Pizza Hut!

We stopped by Pizza Hut for a quick dinner while traveling. Alexis was super helpful with our order and kindly offered drawing supplies to kids, while we were waiting for our order. The pizza was yummy, very happy with our experience.

We went here for my son Nathan’s birthday. He ordered two stuffed crust pizzas and some breadsticks. We had a very nice time. The artwork on the walls is very nice. We watched some funny home videos on one of the TV screens. We couldn’t eat it all and had to bring some home.

Who doesn’t enjoy a Pizza Hut pan pizza.. you know what you’re getting everytime. This location is no different, serving up great pizza hut style pizza. The pizza isn’t greasy and the crust is cooked perfectly. This time we had delivery which was on time, and both pizza’s were still hot, as if we were served dining in.

My father had placed an order online for the family. (two pizzas, breadsticks, pasta & wings). While my mother picked the order up, we were waiting at home. When she got home mind you we live about 20minutes from this location, my dad said “no wings”. Me being me I said i’d go back out and get them. I called the store & they had told me the wings were still there and that I could come grab them. I get there & the “manager” named Alexis approached me, I told her that we had placed an order online & we didn’t get our wings & that I was back to pick them up. She then threw her hands up , made an awful face & said “NAME?” like I was dumb? Then proceeded to look at my receipt & had the audacity to say “Yeah this was picked up awhile ago”. Long story short there was no communication with the girl I had spoke to on the phone( Danielle) & the manger , which to me is very poor communication. Alexis was one of the MOST rudest , misunderstanding “manager” I have ever came across of in the food industry, especially when YOU MAM forgot MY order. If y’all are deciding to order out at pizza hut , the elkton location is the best bet!!!! They have Great customer service , great communication, very understanding & accommodating, not once have I came across a person like Alexis at the other locations.

I haven’t been in a Pizza Hut in years. Came to this location with the family hoping for the best. I was greeted and attended by Michelle. I was impressed by her awesome service. She was kind and I could tell she is a hard worker. I kept watching her while I waited for my order and that woman never stopped working. She took orders, greeted people, helped in the kitchen, and came out to the dinning area to make sure everyone was good. She also cleaned tables and ensured everything was in place. She is a hard worker and deserves a raise. You don’t see employees with this level of dedication anymore.

The food was perfect first off. But the atmosphere of this place is just..strange. Signs directing you to order first, no public bathroom signs everywhere making us question if we could use them? The guy at the front was quiet, kinda offputting and just didn’t seem to want to be there. He gave us what we needed when asked, but there was no one eating here but one family, chairs up on some tables, and it was just wierd. Like half open? I know covid changed things but…figure out a plan Stan!
