We decided to try the recently advertised Pizza melt meat lover and chose to get it at the Fairfax Station Pizza Hut. Our first experience was calling the Fairfax Station location and waiting on line for 15 minutes before some spoke to us while the PH phone system continued to play their recording. A long 5 minutes later some took our order.

Ordered a cheese pizza with mushrooms easy right? Well, pizza delivered cold, the cheese was non-existent and the crust was hard. Nothing like the New York style pizza they advertise. This place use to provide quality pizza now its not worth paying for. Save your money and go elsewhere. The food is disgusting .

This location is fast and cooks the pizza perfectly every time. I’ve bought about 50 pizzas from here and not one was burnt or undercooked. The staff is a bit slow on bringing your pizza out to your car for contactless pick up, but if you go inside it’s always ready early. The toppings are also generous. Definitely recommend this location.

Ordered a thin crust pepperoni pizza opened the box at the store and looked fantastic but when I got home took a bite and could not taste any sauce. Peeled back cheese and almost no sauce could be seen. Tried to eat a couple pieces and threw the rest away. My pizza was supposed to be regular sauce.

I order from this pizza hut at least twice a month. EVERY SINGLE TIME my delivery driver is late. On one occasion an hour and 15 minutes late. I understand they have other deliveries to make and I’m not usually the type of person to complain or write reviews but I can’t look past that my deliveries are ALWAYS at least 15 minutes late. Every time.

Nov 3, 8:20pm order a deal (Large pan pizza; 3 toppings). Arrived for pick up and was told the store ran out of Pan Pizza crust product. They proceeded before my arrival to make the pizza with thick crust, and offered to remake it w thin crust. I was fine with thick and understood the stock out. No real problem. The modified pizza was delivered to my car, and drove off. At home, the pizza had a different topping selection than ordered. The tag on my box had my name (so pizzas got cris-crossed). We decided to consume the pizza ourselves, and offered a prayer of regret to the people who received our pizza. I will continue to be a customer, and rate this as a “sh** happens” event.
