I ordered a pizza for delivery. Upon receiving it, I saw that there were full strands of hair on two of the slices! I was absolutely disgusted. It was clear that the crew had no regard for cleanliness. My order was not cheap, and I expect the quality of the order to be proportionate to the price I pay! I’m very disappointed and will likely never order from this branch again.

The driver forgot an item, and the store was out of an item. They never let me know beforehand, just substituted for me instead of asking. I told the driver it was okay to just process the refund to my credit card. I called the store and they kept going in circles trying to give me store credit. I told them over and over that I just wanted a refund not store credit. They said their system can’t do a refund and hung up on me. Worst service ever!

Customers, please be aware….when you make an online payment, Pizza Hut will still require you to sign a printed copy of the receipt in an attempt to manipulate the payment process so you feel compelled to leave a tip. I can’t speak for others but I personally don’t leave a tip for a carryout order. For dining in, by all means I tip and tip well between 18% to 22%. I don’t appreciate Pizza Hut implicitly forcing people to leave a tip for carryout orders. It’s totally unnecessary to have a customer sign a hard copy of the receipt when payment was made and consummated online. One who orders online should be able to come into the store, grab their food and go.

Their customer service at this location is not even worth one star. Never received my pizza however I keep being told call back at 4pm when the manager is in. They over talk to you when simply asking a question.This is my last and final time ordering from this location. They are horrible.

The pizza hut order website is so glitchy. It took items out of my cart multiple times. I ordered the chicken bacon parm melt. I read the item description that said bacon and chicken and creamy parm sauce. I hit add to cart and checked out. But what was delivered was the cheese steak melt. Checked my receipt and it had the wrong melt. I would never have ordered it as I don’t eat cheese steak. The system is glitch and sadly I won’t order again as I had to throw the food out and buy something else that I could eat.

Every time I come here to this location, I leave disappointed. The customer service is ALWAYS bad no matter who I encounter. This trip in particular I ordered curb side, it was never brought to me. I walked in, nobody said anything but, “name?”. Ive orded a Detroit syle pizza enough to onow what it USUALLY looks like, long story short, I recieved an old pizza.

I gave this location a one-star because they penalized the customer for their internet services having trouble. So I tried placing the order over the phone, and they said they could not honor the online prices and that they were aware of the problem. WHAT! I said, “You are penalizing the customer because of your problem?” Your place of business is not honorable nor has integrity when you take it out on the customer for your problem. He apologized and offered me the in store prices, which was HIGHER. I told him, “No, thank you, You will not be getting my business.”

This Pizza Hut location is trash and overall just sucks! The customer service is terrible and there is always a problem with the orders and quality of food. Worse customer service I’ve ever received from a Pizza Hut place. I been to so many and never had any bad experience until I found this one which is the closest to my house. The delivery was on time but the communication was the worse. They said my phone number was not updated in the account even though I updated. The delivery man was upset because of the phone number even though I can out as soon as I saw him. This man did not want to give me my food until he had gotten all of his frustrations out on me and had me waiting in the cold to give me the food. I showed him my order and told him it was mine if the problem was the phone number, but he just kept fighting and arguing over the incorrect phone number and I was so cold and kept telling him to please give me the food that I was cold. He ignore what I said and kept going. Until I told I would call the store. He decided to hand it to me. Literally worse customer service.
