Handful of hair in the entire pie… online order, no special requests nothing. Every slice had hair in it..couldnt eat the pie.$25 gift card was offered and never recieved so i thought id post. Horribly nasty…to reply to the reply, already did that, hence the post. This location needa a staff change

How is this place even still opened? They never honor anything shown on TV they never honor coupons. The food is nasty the people working there are rude even the Managers. Pizza Hut seems desperate and just needs workers. Do better you’re a Nation Wide Business. What a your ratings compared to all the other companies in Culpeper that sale pizza?

This store does not honor the coupons that are sent out when asked why they said they do not take coupons that we just use a week before I even double-check the expiration date to make sure we did not look at it wrong when the Rep there stayed he spoke with the manager we left and I.called back and spoke with someone by the name of “Adam” who said he was the manager on duty and didn’t try to apologize so I requested to speak with his manager “Amanda” and how convenient she’s on vacation and had to give a note which we all know she would never get it. So my next request was to her boss whose name is “Michelle” who has no contact other than online. This franchise should be closed down because false advertising coupons that just came in the mail for this location will not frequent this store.

First time I’ve used Pizza Hut in almost a year. Did a carry out order, order was ready when said to be, hot and fresh when I picked it up. Order was done correctly and staff was friendly.

The staff advised that no pizza was ordered and that nothing was in the system. They then said we must have accidentally ordered pizza hut from Target. Explained that was not correct or possible at all. Showed them the confirmation email and then they said they now could see the order. Then they tried to charge us for the pizza we had already paid for. So competent staff would improve.
