I’m very disappointed in the quality of the dine-in service and this time we were served the wrong order with no attempt at service recovery. We are very loyal to the Pizza Hut brand and enjoy the refreshed decor and vibe with the recent remodeling into a more “classic” Pizza Hut look. However, I am saddened that each additional time we go for sit-down service we are increasingly disappointed, either by being ignored by apathetic wait staff who look bored and like they want to be anywhere else but Pizza Hut, or the order not being right. Pay your staff more and train them on service delivery, and you’ll realize the return on that investment in loyalty. Otherwise, focus on carryout and delivery and save everyone the disappointment.

We arrived just after a tornado watch had gone out, waitress was really nice, even after my son spilled his drink everywhere. I had the honey bbq chicken and my husband had the chicken Alfredo while mom in law had the cheesy alfredo. My son shared with us as he’s little. Very patient and understanding.

I had my birthday party there, man that was the best birthday party. Every kid needs to experience a birthday at Pizza Hut at least once in their life. All my friends were there, I got the Street Fighter soundtrack, I was drinking big kid drinks out of the red beverage cups (yea this was back in ’93 but I’m leaving a review anyway), and the pizza was delicious. Can’t wait to go back one day!

I’m sorry to say I was very disappointed with the delivery driver I had. I ordered $40 worth of things half I didn’t get. And ordered a lot of toppings. Then I call Pizza Hut and they tell me he mixed up the orders!! I wish I could give this a 0!!! I was so mad I didn’t get my drinks
