This location must be the worst location. I never received my order. When I call to check on it a man answered and insisted that my pizza was delivered when it was not. He proceeds to place me on hold for over 10 minutes never coming back. When I called again, a woman patronized me with some weird story about things we do in life as humans when we don’t get our food, it made no sense at all. She then proceeded to put me on hold, never coming back. I had to call corporate in order to process a refund. This is my second time having issues with this location. The first time my pizza was delivered upside down and smushed in the Box. See photos…I chalked it up as a one off situation and months later gave a second chance. After getting the runaround, I will NEVER order from this location again. The operations and customer service at this location is horrid. As a franchisee, this is unacceptable. Do better.

Store is not perfect but doing its best and I love the people who work there now and the food is good. They’re under new management and new crew members and doing there best to get good with the community. They offer their own delivery from 5-8 most night. That helps.

Always order carryout here. Otherwise they will forget part of your order like sauces for breadsticks etc. The people who work here are always very friendly. It’s just not work the high priced delivery fees plus tip to deliver a pizza 3 minutes away from the store.

Pizza Hut has gone downhill, and doesn’t care about customer satisfaction. I would give zero stars if I could. We placed an order online for pick up. Drove home with our food and found out that 2 orders of breadsticks weren’t made right. They were just plain dough. My wife had to drive back to the store, show them the breadsticks, and they acted like we did something wrong! No offer to compensate us for the inconvenience or gas we wasted to drive back. My wife was questioned by the breadsticks maker and he acted ticked off at her! Both Pizza Hut employees she interacted with seemed completely inept and treated her, the customer, like we were the ones at fault for their incompetence. This is the last time we will order from Pizza Hut. The breadsticks themselves are abnormally small and shriveled up, only measuring about 4 inches long, and the pizzas we bought barely have any toppings…I can hardly see any cheese! I wish we would’ve gone elsewhere. We will be contacting the store manager to complain about the way the employees treated us. They obviously need a lesson in customer service, as well as food preparation. DO NOT RECOMMEND!

Went and got a last minute pizza per my child’s request. Pizza was phenomenal as always! The manager even wrote a sweet message on my son’s personal pan pizza box because he wasn’t feeling well! Things have definitely turned around at this pizza hut

DO NOT ORDER DELIEVER FROM HERE! THEY DON’T EVEN DELIEVER IT THEMESLEVES, THEY PASS IT OFF TO DOOR DASH. THE PIZZA HUT WORKER WHO TOOK MY ORDER ON THE PHONE SAID 20-25 MINUTES. AFTER 25 MINUTES I GET A TEXT FROM DOOR DASH SAYING THEY WILL DELIEVER MY PIZZA IN 30 MORE MINUTES.

Busiest pizza hut I have ever seen. They are always slammed on a Friday night. Order ahead for timely delivery. Don’t get mad when you see a 70 minute wait time to pick up a pizza if you call or order online after 5:30 pm. Tis what it is. Everyone wants some Pizza Hut on a Friday night!

They don’t have driver’s so everything is delivered by 3rd party. I pick up there all the time and can assure you I get you’re order to you quickly and ring or knock unless it says not to in the app. If you’re not tipping or lowball tipping it may take longer to get the order as we aren’t employee’s and can accept or decline any order we want.
