Sorry to say but this was the worst Pizza Hut Pizza ever…. it was doughy I even baked it more…. but again sorry to say it just wasn’t cooked enough. I like Pizza Hut but I will go to a different one in the future ….!!

Ordered on 8/7/22 at 9:03 pm. Order when through fine. Waited until 10:15, then called the store to check the status of the order as the app said it was still cooking. They canceled my order because it was after last call (they close at 10:00 and I live 2 minutes away) The main issue is they didn’t notify me that the order was canceled. I had to call to find out and make sure my money was returned.

We got thin crust Supreme and thin crust bbq chicken. It literally looked, felt, and tasted like three day old pizza. The air fryer couldn’t even bring it back to life. Sticking to Marco’s from now in. So disappointing.

Lately Pizza Hut has been missing their mark on the quality of the food, we use to order weekly and moved on to other pizzerias instead. This time we gave it another try and it was a let down. The pizza had looked like it was sitting out for a while and didn’t taste fresh and was loaded with grease, the breadsticks were similar to a stale taste…our cookie was over cooked and also seemed like it was sitting out for a while before getting to us. Hopefully it’ll get better if we decide to try again in the future.

I ordered lung for 4 hungry grandchildren grimacing about the 50 to 60 minute delivery time, then went back to herding them. The store called and left a message on my cell about not having delivery services around 25 minutes later. I found this out 90 minutes later when I called to find out where the delivery was and why it had spent an hour in preparation status. Apparently the delivery guy had not shown up for the shift. At that point, the manager should have shut off the feature for delivery from the store. Dominoes was able to do that. I tried them first but it would not allow me to request delivery.
