Disgusting food and worse service! I was given a pizza with RAW dough still. My wife and I could have gotten sick because we had already eaten a few bites before noticing. The “manager” Jose decided it was funny and did not believe me when I called and told with him. He demanded I bring the pizza all the way back to the store before he would refund me. Not even mentioning their mess up and almost making us sick. No apology, just didn’t care and kept repeating himself until he hung up on me. The whole staff was rude and unhelpful and full of attitude. Judging by the other google reviews I’ve read about this location, many people have had a problem with “Jose”…. Do yourself a favor and order from a different location, and if you decide to eat here anyway, avoid “Jose” as he will undoubtedly be horrible if you even politely mention an issue. No one in the kitchen was wearing gloves and they were on their phones while making your food, disgusting! VA Health Dept needs to investigate. Stay away!

I placed and order for Western Branch location and didn’t realize my call when to there call center. The call center rep was very rude while speaking to me however, I continued being polite with her. She had to transfer me to the store because I needed to make a request for my order I placed online. Once store rep was on the phone, I then received outstanding customer service because I was greeted by a very polite employee. I put in my request and while advising her of the precious call center rep rudeness, the call center rep was still on the phone and tried stating she wasn’t rude. I advise her to listen to her call if monitored and/or recorded so she would hear how rude she was. I advised I wish I had her name so I could add it to this review, but it wasn’t given. I got a call back from the store regarding the review, and I advised her she provided outstanding service and would make sure there would be nothing negative about my communication to the store employee. Thanks Pizza Hut on Western Branch for providing professional customer service!!

This store needs to fire all their management or just close completely. Nothing but ignorant lazy people that don’t know how to work. They say they gave a doordasher my pizza yet the online ordering system and emails and texts show it was never even picked up and then gonna argue with us that it’s DoorDashes problem. I didn’t order through DoorDash i ordered through Pizza Hut that’s y’all’s problem to fix but can’t ever fix the problem and are just purely rude and ignorant. Want to fight about giving me my refund for food that never even left the dang store. Will never order from here again. Hope all the managers get fired because that’s what the deserve.

Took my $85 order online, and never delivered the pizza. Somehow, even though I ordered on the Pizza Hut website, I doordash was involved and I get a lot text saying they cancelled the delivery after waiting over an hour. But it wasn’t cancelled on the website. For weeks my pizza tracker app said in progress. I called and emailed customer service multiple times. Apparently all they can do is notify the owner of the restaurant who obviously could care less about ripping me off. Do not order here! 3 months later and still no help or no refund.

The pizza would have been good if it was cooked all the way through. I ordered through the app and it said my pizzas were ready but when I got there they were just putting it in the oven. I ordered three personal pan pizzas and they only had enough crust for one, and I wasn’t made aware of that until I got to the store.

Called to order and nobody picked up the phone. Hung up and called again to order and they took forever to answer the phone and when they picked up nobody spoke to me I could just hear the employees having a conversation in the background. Got frustrated so I ordered from Papa Johns.
