I was told they could remake the cinnamon sticks, but they stated the they are supposed to be like this and they would come out the exact same. Since that’s the quality they assure, I’ll get food elsewhere. There is a Dominos, Papa John’s, Chesapeake Pizza, and more down the street anyway.

Simple order that is normally done in a decent time, took forever on a Tuesday evening (when it is expected for the customer volume to pick up). And the front end clerks acted like it was okay. The only person that apologized seemed to be the manager who was running around in the back trying to keep up with the orders. However, the food was great as always.

I had the worst experience at this location. I got to the pizzahut at the time my email said the order would be ready for pickup. The screen in the store said my order was “cutting” so I sat and waited. When it had said “ready” for a few minutes, I asked the cashier if it was ready. She checked and said it would be a few more minutes. 20 minutes later I asked again. She went to the back and came back and said nothing to me. I had to ask again and then she told me they had to remake it and it would be 3 minutes. 30 minutes later it still was not out and I asked again. She went and asked someone and that lady said it was done a bit ago and they “looked” for it and couldn’t find it. Finally after an hour of sitting there (on top of the 20 mins after ordering) waiting 2 cold pizzas and 1 hot pizza were thrust at me with no apology. I requested my tip be removed from my prepay. The lady went to the back and came back and said the manager would do it. I waited. She came back and said she won’t do it now. She will do it later. I refused to leave until it was removed. They just walked away. Finally a guy was walking by and they stopped him and he removed it. I don’t mind waiting on a busy night but that was ridiculous and many people came and got their orders that were after me on the list. There was no open communication with me either.

PIZZA HUT USES DOOR DASH when they are late? Really? VERY DISAPPOINTED. Recommend avoiding this Pizza Hut. I have been a customer of this store for many years. They were 40+ Min’s late and they used Door Dash vice their own delivery folks. Ordered at 4:43 with an estimated delivery time of 5:18. Received a text from Pizza Hut at 5:25 stating it would be delivered 25+ mins late via door dash. Food was delivered cold and missing the drinks as you would expect. If they were short on drivers, I think they would have asked Door Dash to catch the order before it was supposed to be delivered or given me the choice to pick it up fresh. Either way, poor business practice and not very up front about the process. I have several choices in my area and this is the second order they have messed up in less than 6 months. I’ll give my business to someone else.
