The gentleman who waited on me was pleasant and thoughtful. I ate a salad inside. I ordered a pizza to go. This same man went out to my car and put the pizza in the car for me. Food was very satisfying.

Unbelievable. Ordered food at 1 and only got it at 1:40! Had to wait 40 minute for one baked pasta to come and even when it came, it was under baked and was not cooked AT ALL. Pretty upset! Have been driving for 5+ hours and wanted to eat here. My mistake to come here. Please fix this!

The pizza was amazing. When we arrived, 3:50 pm, to dine in, we were told it was shift change and we needed to wait til the next waitress arrived at 4. Then we were sat at 4:15. There were 2 tables in the entire restaurant. We ordered salad bar. When I asked for shredded cheese for the salad bar I was informed they are out. You are a pizza restaurant, how are you out of cheese?

I called in my order at 3:45pm and arrived to Onley Pizza Hut close to 4 o’clock. My husband had to walk inside to inquire about the food. He finally walked out with it about 4:30pm.

So where should I start..For starters when I arrived I was slowly greeted, We sat and waited for 10 minutes before we were asked what we wanted to drink. We waited another 30 minutes and the waitress Taylor was going to every table expect for ours. We ended up having to order at the carry out counter to get our food. We still had to wait at least 20+ minutes for that. We were not checked on & was only asked did we want refills before we were about to leave. When we asked for our checks for our drinks & food. The waitress Taylor made a smart remark and said since we ordered up at the carryout counter that’s where we had to pay. She then got her AGM to come out & accused my family of calling her out of her name, when that was never the case. The service was terrible and the food lacked taste. We weren’t apologized to or anything. The past couple of times I’ve went have been pleasant but she just ruined it. So I hope you have a better experience than I had.
