Working in Smithfield we have ordered from this Pizza Hut a lot and never had a problem until today. We got a stuffed crust pizza with pepperoni, banana peppers, and sausage and picked it up in store. When we got it back to the office we found out it’s super thin on the bottom and greasy and falling apart. The crust doesn’t taste right at all and doesn’t have the “Hut Favorite” seasoning that we requested. Overall really disappointing today.

Placed a contactless pick up order. Got there to pick up order. Employee is at the window but continues to ignore the fact we were sitting there for almost 10 min and when asked why she didnt atleast acknowledge us she got an attitude. I used to love going and sitting down at this restaurant to eat. Its ridiculous that the inside is still closed. The employees attitudes are right down nasty. I will not be ordering from them again. I will drive all the way to Suffolk where you get actual customer service instead of attitude.

Had delivery for the first time from this location. No complaints – our delivery was tracked via text and our delivery driver this evening was on time and very polite and delivered a perfectly correct and hot order. Will order again, it was nice to not have to cook dinner!

Stopped in afterwork to grab a pizza and some bread sticks as I’m in town for work and by my self not wanting to by more than one could eat and prevent wasting I ordered a small pizza only to find out you cannot order a small pizza after 4 seriously this is the dumbest thing I’ve ever heard pizza hut cannot make a small pizza must be a joke right? No they were serious no pizza for me I guess and no more pizza hut! Luckily all other pizza places can still make pizzas in any size and fashion lol!

I ordered delivery tonight at 7:43pm and I am finished dinner 8:27. They were fast, the food was fresh, hot and good and the driver was very nice!! I am very happy with my service at this Pizza Hut. I don’t regularly order delivery because of bad experiences but I think I’ll stick with them.
