Burned the pizza. Tough and had some really black pieces. We just kind of ate around 1/2 the slices that were black. 2 stars bc 4 slices weren’t burned. Pizza was not cut all the way either, you can tell the slices are uneven.

I’m new to the area and decided late around 9:15pm to order a pizza from the Main Street establishment. I placed my order online and went to pick it up roughly around 10:05pm. The gentleman who took my payment and handed me the pizza was very polite. I asked for plates and he had those ready for me as well. However, when I got home and opened the box I noticed that the pizza looked undercooked in my opinion and some of the middle was cold.. I took out a piece and looked at the dough ring on the side of the slices and it was definitely undercooked. The pizza was very light like undercooked dough. It wasn’t Brown at all. After realizing the pizza wasn’t done I also noticed that it was missing a topping as well so all in all 20 bucks down the drain….. the service the gentleman at the window provided was great but the pizza was terrible…. According to a few other reviews I’ve read this location seems to be having an issue with undercooked food so hopefully this will help you all make an adjustment.

I ordered the Hawaiian Luau and paid an additional $2 for extra sauce and $2 extra for extra cheese. The pizza had no visible red sauce, 8 small pieces of 1/4” sour pineapple very little cheese in appeared in some areas. When I pulled the cheese up, you could see thru the thin holes where there was no cheese at all. The crust was dry and hard. To sum it all up, the pizza was like eating dry hickory flavored straw with a micro layer of burnt cheese with no moisture what so ever. This was by far the worst pizza I have ever

We had a big party and they went above and beyond with service! On time and offered plates and napkins knowing that we received 11 pizzas and it was our daughter’s 8th birthday. As long as I receive this in the future they have a customer for life!!! Keep up the excellent work!!!

Hey there my Kitties . This is my true blue review about this #curbside Pizza Hut located at 1520 Main st. In good old downtown Suffolk. “They Are Awful” from my experience. I ordered online early afternoon Friday October 28th for a 6pm curbside pickup. I ordered from the app. The app gave me a message that my order was ready and to check in. When I drive up there was no way to park. No spots designated for curbside pick up. The drive up window is still being worked on so the construction cones have it blocked off. Cluster F already. I call the restaurant and speak to the waitress who tells me it will be another 10 minutes. I go in after 10 minutes and notice the long line of angry/ frustrated customers surrounding the register and the young lady looking frazzled. They are running behind and busy, but deliveries are going out on time. I ask about my order and she proceeds to tell me that the app order that says it was ready to them is future order and would take another 20 minutes or so that they were busy tonight. This is ridiculous. They just ask you if you still want the order or a refund. Snark attitude from the older looking stature gentleman at the register. They offer you nothing from the time waisted waiting. When my order was finally ready I had thought I purchased red pepper and Romano cheese shaker but the nasty attitude cook who came up to bring it to me said I had to pay for it. I waited 45 minutes after the fact and you don’t just give it to me is Crazy. Lousy restaurant, Lousy customer service, Lousy representation. I’ve worked in CSR. I deal with Customers. I Will Never Visit This Establishment Again. If you’re app is not working correctly for that site, take it down. It’s not accurate for that address. It’s not fair to the customers to suffer due to the negligence of the workers. I’m done talking about them.

My pizza didn’t arrive after waiting 15 more minutes of the estimated delivery time. I called Pizza Hit of this location. The lady on the phone was rude and kept saying she couldn’t do anything. So was my $30 pizza+delivery was gonna go down the drain? But luckily the dasher came right when I was about to get into a heated argument with this chick. He pulled up and apologized and said he couldn’t find my house which I understood and apologized for my impatience. Don’t go to this place. VERY inconsiderate and VERY rude.

The food is fine. HOWEVER, if the manager is not working, the staff are totally disorganized. Everything falls apart, and you wait 1.5 hours for a lizza that should like 20-30 min. We had a lobby full of 15 people, and all pizzas were late.

Ate dinner there one night. I normally don’t complain about pizza hut but this one particular night we ate off napkins instead of plates. The person forgot our plates. When we got them they were paper plates. I over heard the waitress say to the other person they’re eating off napkins I told you to take them plates. People do forget and it was busy with drive through orders.
