Never have had an issue at this pizza hut. Mind you I dont order pizza very often. But ordered 2 medium pizzas and stuffed garlic knots and was fresh and good. Got the food in under 30 minutes. Delivery driver was very nice. About a month or 2 ago I did order a pizza and it took over an hour to get it. When I called the store the guy was very nice and told me sorry and called the delivery driver who was at my house in 5 mins. Wasnt a huge issue.

They don’t wear gloves making your pizza and the manager has an attitude hung up the phone on me because I asked why you don’t wear gloves she said they don’t have to. I called back to ask her please not to hang up on me, but she sent me straight to the customer service who had me on hold for the last hour and still never answered. They have really come down and it is disappointing.

The pizza was good, but management seems undertrained, and was honestly a bit rude. We had to wait on a remake, and all the manager did while we stood there was complain about their lack of employees while making no effort to help their current ones. By the time we left with our pizza, it was the end of the night and the person making the pizzas was shaking. Honestly it was super upsetting, and I hope Pizza Hut does something about the lack of employees and training at this location.

My experience with the West Ocean View Pizza Hut was horrible. I ordered 2 medium thin crust pizza’s (one pepperoni and one sausage), and 8 bbq boneless wings. The pizza was horrible and not fitting to eat!!! I understand that they were thin crust but there was absolutely no sauce on one and next to none on the other. It was basically just dough, cheese and meat. I called to inform them of my displeasure and was told that I would have to come in with both pizzas for a credit towards my next order. Problem is, I live in East Ocean View and was approximately 20 minutes from home after picking up my order and dropping it off to my children at home. I would have had to drive all the way back home, just to turn aroundand back track towards the West Ocean View Pizza Hut. Such an inconvenience for myself (time & gas) as well as for my children. This is not my first time having a bad experience with that particular location. I WILL NOT BE ORDERING FROM THEM AGAIN!!!

I only come to PH about every other month. The Ocean View location has always been a great crew!!! Today the manager apologized that they put an extra topping on my pizza and said she already made another one and I can have both pizzas if I want. Absolutely I’ll take a free pizza. Dinner for tomorrow!!! Check!!!

Ordered a pizza from here. They forgot my sauce. Johnathon the closing manager said he would give me some sauce and a pizza for the inconvenience. It never happened. Never getting pizza from here again.

Almost 2 hours late.CHEESE pizza is burnt and “warm.” Did not recieve garlic sauce cups as ordered and PAID for. Manager named Nick hung up on my the first time I called through. I ended up getting through again, and was going to be rufunded for just the PIZZA on my order, when the rude “manager” once again got back on the phone. When I ordered online, it said 30 minute delivery time. Nobody called to tell me how long it was going to take past that. Order was sent out with delivery driver at 7:08pm, and did not receive until closer to 8pm. Nick claims that he didn’t hang up on me, that their service went out during the phone call. I am beyond irritated. Even for fast food, it is extremely unprofessional for Pizza Hut to be “almost out of dough, and out of alot of everything else.” What a joke. But alas, it is in ocean view.
