I had ordered two pizzas from here, my crust was too soft. I wanted it cooked longer . The staff had no issue fixing it for me immediately. I’m really grateful that they immediately offered to fix it. There is a lot of young nice folks working in here. I think they all deserve a raise. The store is also super clean.

This location is TOP NOTCH. The staff is nice, the facility is clean, and the manager is awesome. Great experience. The pizza was seasoned well and tasted amazing. I ride all the way from Hampton to come here. If I’m going to break my diet to eat pizza it’s gonna be worth it so I come where I know it’s going to be on point!

So I’ve been seeing the”Detroit Style” pizza commercials on tv. I ordered the pizza, went to pick it up, and when I got home the pizza had no sauce on it!!!! They forgot to put the sauce -_-

If I could give no stars I definitely would. This is the absolute WORST establishment ever!!! Placed an online order and received a notification saying it was ready, however when I arrived it was a totally different story. They told me they didn’t have any pasta, ok cool take it off…so instead of still having my pizza ready they didn’t even bother to make it. I had to wait an additional 15 minutes for my pizzas, then the people that work there are so unprofessional and unorganized..the store needed to be cleaned a lot of paper on the floor. Workers don’t wear hairnets they’re allowed to wear bonnets that they sleep in to work so ghetto!!! I asked for some napkins and was told “oh we don’t have none”..this location should be shut down immediately, I’ll NEVER return to this location ever again
