Most of my order was amazing however…. one pizza was still frozen and doughy and not cooked. When I called to let them know the number is not to the actual store but a service. Have been holding for over 20 minutes. My family has enjoyed theirs when mine has to be special due to allergies while I can’t get anyone to talk to me. Just wanted to bring this one back and get a replacement no credit no free anything just a pizza I could eat. Still on hold time now is 30.32 I have been waiting just for a little help on replacing my order. Getting to late to care cause I gave to go to bed to go to work early morning hours. Check all your food down to bottom crust before you leave store to save yourself this ridiculous waste of time and money. Guess I should have stuck with my normal pizza joint.

People who worked there were kind and tried to show me they are getting my food right but they ran out of the crust I ordered and I put my order on schedule 1 hour later with the app, still 15 mins late. I did order pizzas that was why I scheduled them for an hour later . Anyway I got 4 pizzas with the wrong crust 15 mins later. But they offered me services with desserts . Pizza was good and tasted good. So I give 3 stars.

Tonight my daughter wanted pizza when she saw the Pizza Hut coupon we received in the mail. I said OK and reluctantly ordered (Pizza Hut, IMO, has not been all that great for a number of years). We ordered the Big Dinner Box- 2 medium, one topping pizzas with pasta and breadsticks for $24.99. I must say on a Saturday night, it was delivered within 30 minutes – hot and fresh!! Our driver was super nice! We ordered from the 2715 George Washington Hwy Yorktown location – I know they are relatively new. Please give them a try…I think the price for the meal(s) we received were spot on! I think it’s important to share things about local businesses that are positive. I just wanted to let ya’ll know.

I ordered a pizza utilizing my points. I also ordered wings because they won’t just let you get the pizza without spending 11.00$ plus 5.00 delivery. I recently had a procedure done otherwise I would have just picked up my pizza.

Picked up a supreme pizza, it was pretty good. Great to have one nearby home. One silly thing is google map showed a Pizza Hut at the same address in Gloucester which does not exist. If you look up 2715 Highway 17 Yorktown VA, maps will send you to the right place. The place is located near Walmart Yorktown and across WaWa gas station. I am trying to to fix the location with google
