My boyfriend & I ordered a pizza & some other stuff around 10:30 knowing that they’d be closed at 12, well we get there & it’s not even 12 yet, after having to knock on the door bc it’s locked, the lady comes from the back acting like she doesn’t know what we’re talking about, goes to the back, comes back, & tells us they’ve thrown our food out…are you kidding me? Why are they throwing food out before they’ve even closed? People are so lazy man. Won’t be relying on anyone here or their food to be satisfied ever again. Now it’s too late to get dinner anywhere else. Thanks @ the ppl that don’t give two effs @ Pizza Hut. They couldn’t care less. Smh

The staff aren’t rude, just indifferent. The food is always decent. It’s little things like not enough sauce one day, the next I practically have to drink the pizza. The pork sausage is more “breakfast” than” Italian” in nature.

One star only because I HAVE to leave one. Worst customer service in the area that I’ve ran into. And by far the longest wait. And not one person communicates. One person working all the orders. No one tries to help him. The woman at the register should never be at a register dealing with guests. This is my second time trying this location since moving to the area. Thought the first day was an off day. No, this whole place needs a different front of house staff. And maybe a manager on duty would be beneficial as well. I managed food service from 2014-2020. This is unacceptable short staffed or not. Will definitely not be returning and I just can’t understand why anyone else would.

This is more about the gentleman that checked me out. First, upon entering no one greeted me, except the gentlemen looked up with a digusted look and looked back down. Than He was rude when I came on saying “we don’t take 100s” and point to a tiny white sign on the white counter. It was so close to the edge for one. 2) it was my first time visiting this llocation. 3)He could of used a more polite tune instead of snoppy. I’ve been to other locations in the area, that took one hundred dollar bills. 4) he didn’t even thank me for my business or say anything when I said “thank you”. I WON’T COME BACK TO THIS LOCATION!!
