I paid extra for original pan crust and this is what I got when I called for a refund just for the 1.50 per pizza they said bring it back the store is 20 min away I didn’t get what I paid for poor customer service

I’ve only had good experiences at this Pizza Hut, I’ve probably ordered from here about 10 -15 times over the past five years or so. Pick up only. Most of these bad reviews have to do with delivery. Ordered online and the order was always ready when it was supposed to be ready.

They won’t let me give 0… So disappointed in their service. I ordered the edge and was soo angry at the display of this pizza. It looked no different than a thin crust from any local pizza joint. The toppings didnt even come close to “The edge” as they advertise it, and Some slices were mainly cheese only with maybe a sliver of a pepper.. I had three toppings on this pizza so all slices should have had an even amount of toppings on it… While waiting in the drive thru For someone to help me, it looked as it they were closed. After waiting almost 5 minutes, I called the location, heard the phone ringing and saw the guy walk up front to only ignore the phone and go back to what he was doing… No other cars were in the drive thru, in the building or in the parking lot as far as customers so ignoring the phone and the drive thru made no sense… I am thoroughly disgusted I spent over $30 for not even sub par service or food… Posted a pic of this pizza

Pizza wasn’t cooked well seemed stale like old bread wings weren’t tossed in sauce marinara cup had a hole in it and leaked on to the food . We had the big dinner box . Big mistake!

Late. Very late. 40 min late on a slow night. Left food on porch and I did not request contactless delivery. I did not know driver was even here and dog almost got a free meal….. There is no communication. Associates need a dramatic retrain….

You sent my order to DoorDash. I ordered at 855pm. ETA on delivery was 30 mins (920). I live across the street from the restaurant. After 10pm, nothing. I called the local number. Got a voicemail. Could barley understand the recording. Got forward to another number. Was then told the order was listed as complete. How can it be complete if I don’t have my food. Now it’s 10:18pm. I said give me my money back. I just opened my door. Food was placed at my door (like an amazon package). It was cold. Don’t know when it was left. Web site kept saying out for delivery. Food was left and driver never knocked on door.
